This curation was provided by Gazza.

Version Differences:
Buying the DC will give you the base game of the original, but not the DLC which can be purchased here.
Activating a key of the original version will give the DC version as well.

Save Transfer:
The same save file is compatible with both versions. Copying the save from one game's folder to another will transfer all stats and records.
Grindy achievements will unlock automatically after completing any time trial (i.e. the ones in the Stats menu).
You'll need to run through the story (gaining its missables in the process) and Against the Qlock maps in the least amount of moves (as well as get "Hopscotch" and "Whatever Floats Your Boat") to trigger the relevant achievement checks again, but you won't need to set any new records for the DLC maps.
It'll take ~5 hours to 100% the second game with this method.

Ruins Of Mitriom (1847390)

This curation was provided by FrozenShiver.

Make sure to have everything below going to fight the final boss in the large building at the centre of the map:
- find all the mitriom crystals
- beat all the giant golems
- find all 10 upgrades
- talk to all the NPCs

There's an upgrade called the Mitriom Detector in the SE section of the map that locates nearby chests.
The SW section of the map cannot be accessed normally. Activate the lighthouse from one side of the forest then fast travel to there from another lighthouse.

The games collectibles. There is an achievement for collecting 12/18 and 18/18 shoes. Also one of the endings is locked behind getting 12/18 shoes. You can die after the little animation concludes and it will still count.

Chapter 1

You will come across a scientist who is staring out a window, when you cross his vision he will mutter something about coffee, remain there for a minute or so.

Chapter 2
A Radical Rat:
Slightly off the beaten path is a rat with some turtles. Go near them.

Shocking news:
Once entering the hanger, interact with the exposed wiring on the zeppelin.

Hindenburg:
After scaling the scaffolding after exiting the hanger, you will see a long patch of ice. Running on this will make you slide and fall onto the zeppelin.

Chapter 3
Keeping up with the Crowdashian:
You will have to reload the scene (3.4.9) instead of respawning if you fail.

No Prison Break:
There is a puzzle where you have to trap a guard using a box and a 2 weight lift. Instead, you go in the lift to get this.

Team Zisou:
Needed to get one of the shoes, the trick is to seperate the civilians as the cop will only chase them if they are on their own.

Family Learning Channel:
Some of these are missable, which I have described below. Make sure not to press F on those that can be skipped.
1- Immediately after you become smelly, use the dumpster to jump to the ledge on the right. If you accidentally make the elevator move, just reset.
2- In the room with the cop and the 3 civilians, go to the top left of the room.
3- After a long ladder climb, take the path to the left rather than the right.

Chapter 4:
Run. Die. Repeat.:
Easily the worst achievement. You will have to reload the whole day if you die, even though there are checkpoints on insane mode. Activate insane mode by the beacon just after you exit the hut. Reccomend to practice the zeppelin bit a lot as the previous section can be taken slowly, but this cannot.

Chapter 5
Hell's Kitchen/Undercooked:
You can not kill 4 civilians in this day. Have 3 or 4 remaining alive to have them present at the fire chamber, or kill them all to have none present. You can replay the specific scenes they appear in and kill/save them and then just replay the final scene with the chamber instead of having to replay everything.

No Ram Can Push Me:
You will have to reload the scene to before any rams if you get pushed off.

Secret Endings:
Truman show, Man vs Wild - 1:0:
Once you get off the gondola, go to the left and you will drop down. Enter the cave and then move right. Continue moving right. If you have gained the shoes from the elevator, you will get Truman show. If you haven't, then you will get Man vs Wild. You can reload to regain/not gain the shoes as needed.

Understand the KERS system before playing (source[blog.codemasters.com]):

Every major corner in the game is covered with a KERS pad which charges segments of your kart’s boost battery as you drive over it. Once each segment is charged you need to take your foot off the accelerator for a moment to start charging the next one – but don’t let go too soon, or the current segment will drain away. At the end of the KERS pad whatever level of boost you’ve stored up fires and unleashes a boost of speed into your car.

Book of Demons

Relevant information

Completion in three playthroughs is possible, but four are highly recommended.
Can play on Casual, but at least one playthrough must be finished on Roguelike mode without using any fountains.
There's an achievement for reaching level 50 and maxing out all cards with each one of the classes. This is the grind.
Lower tier achievements were skipped on purpose as they will come naturally while working on the higher tiers.

Tips

Play the Tutorial to learn game basics. This step is crucial!
Use the downgrade feature to get extra runes from magical cards you won't use. This is especially useful if you maxed out all basic cards and want to get the Magical/Legendary set achievements.
When working on maxing out all cards for a class, try to upgrade only Common cards; Magical and Legendary cost way more and wasting resources can dramatically increase end-game grind.
After completing a playthrough, farm levels and cards on Standard difficulty as that seems to be way faster than playing on higher difficulties.

Roadmap

This roadmap is divided in four categories: Warrior Playthrough, Mage Playthrough, Rogue Playthrough, and Roguelike Playthrough. Eventually, the antipope will summon mages that teleport mobs to your location, make sure to not kill them, as they are key to bring a lot of mobs to you.
This is where it gets fun as you are surrounded by about 40 skeletons trying to kill you :3

It is possible to jump through the levels with just 1hp. Bosses can lock your Spell, in this case, try to kill it or just restart.

Playthrough 1

MISSABLE: Lexicom mastered - Use the walkthrough, but at the start of every book, locate the village and talk to everyone before exploring for items. The walkthrough goes straight for items, and you could potentially miss out on some words.

I recommend going for the 9999 marbles achievement on this run. Only buy 1 sword, tunic and ring upgrade from the shop and you should reach 9999 marbles by the end without any grinding.

After getting 9999 marbles, buy everything except the health upgrades.

Once you have 17 hearts, save, buy last the three health upgrades (for the "I'm strong!" achievement), then reload your save. You want to have as many marbles as possible for NG+.

You should finish this playthrough with 53/60 achievements.

Playthrough 2

Download the 1 May 2015 build of the game:

Run "FindingTeddy2.exe" to start the game on the old version.

Unlike in the new update, marbles are the ONLY thing that carries over to NG+. No health or equipment upgrades.

Back up your save to a new slot, and start NG+ on difficulty 6.
Start this playthrough with at least 3400 marbles. Buy the sword, tunic and ring upgrades as soon as you can. Buy any health upgrades you can afford. The more the better.
I recommend grabbing as many health upgrades as you can this playthrough, but ignore everything else.

Miscellaneous Achievements

Ouch! - Deaths
Die "100" times. Count is cumulative across all playthroughs. The counter goes to 100, but it certainly isn't 100 times, it's much less.

*Boing*! - Bounce
Find any enemy that shields attacks from above and stab/bounce on their heads 10 times in a row without touching the ground.

I will not die - Buy a crystal
Crystals can be bought at the store for 80 marbles and revives you when you die. To unlock this achievement, you must buy the crystal AND use it.

Strategy for killgrind, multiplayer xp, and all the miscellaneous kill achievements:

Host a server online, do not use bootcamp in singleplayer or a LAN server.

Server settings:
Map: Cube
Match time: Any length. Longer matchtimes might lag more, so 5 min is recommended.
Score: 000
Bots: 16

Mutator settings:
Fast forward: 350
Spawn protection: 0
Respawn Delay: 0
No Stealth
Speed Shot
Instagib

On my attempts I used around ~50 bots and 5 minute match timers. I got ~1300-1500 kills each time. The strat is to mostly try to move backwards, and out of the cube if possible, while just shooting the entire time. I recommend experimenting with time and bots added. This strat will get you all rank achievements, all frag achievements and all the different miscellaneous kill achievements.

To add bots, once you started a match, click F1, then in example, AddBots 50

Humiliating defeat:

To get this achievement, it's recommended to just lose 10-0 in the final, and 12th contract. Just get killed 10 times without killing him.

KAMIKAZE:

The Rhino is a car available on the maps "Ehrgeiz" and "Twin Peaks".

Recommended to do the 5th contract for this achievement. Bootcamp or a LAN server will not work.

Head into a car, and wait until an enemy AI jumps into a vehicle. Press SPACE to boost, when you're close to the enemy AI, line your car up to drive straight into the enemy, then click E to eject before you crash

GRAND THEFT AUTO:

You will have to jump into a Rhino that an enemy already drove. The Rhino is a car available on the maps "Ehrgeiz" and "Twin Peaks".

Recommended to do the 5th contract for this achievement. Bootcamp or a LAN server will not work.

This could be a bit luck dependant, but should be easy. Sometimes they will drive the car to your base, so it is easy to jump into, if not try to sneak to the opponents area and jump into it once someone has driven it.

Everything else should come with completing the kill grind, and doing every contract. Contract 1-5 needs to be done in under 5 minutes.

For wake people and eat worms you can repeat the same scene until achievements pop.

Multiplayer achievement

All achievements can be unlocked in offline mode.
If you fail a specific achievement before the level ends, you can restart the level through the pause screen.
