Breakdown:

1. Complete the campaign (episodes 1-4), then work on the minisodes, get to Warrior League. Finally continue grinding 50 wins with each bot for the minisodes.

Make sure to:

1 crew member at level 13 with all abilitys unlocked, so pick your favorite character and keep playing with them. Training could also work but probably gives less XP.
"Win a battle with only 1 part remaining."
Easy way: In Chapter 3 last fight vs the Kajiu00 Boss. Damage his head until he's very low, let him destroy all your rooms except 1. Let the fire spread except to your head and your weapon with which you gonna do the last blow. ALT+F4 if you fail the first few trys, cant surrender
"Light all rooms in an enemy Volta on fire" in case you never use a fire build.
"Have all of your crew members use the Rocket Punch in one battle." is easy, just have multiple in 1 room.

Edit: The fight-related achievements can all be done by requesting PvP fights against other clan members. This makes them much easier.

2. Build up your Headquarters:
Priorities: (make sure you have enough Air, Water and Power aswell as elevators)

Volta Training Room = To assemble Warrior, Raiden, Tank, Brocken, Wyvern & V Buster (Valkyrie & Irontail not needed). Can also assign Voltas to train to get XP so you dont start at lvl. 1 once you have the 50 wins with your previous volta for the minisodes.
Crew Training Room = Same as above, needed to recruit all 12 crew members. Also can be used to train crew members who aren't participating in battles.
Machine Shop = You have to assemble all available parts and lvl. up one to the max level (13). Final part unlocks after reaching Gold League Division I.
Alien Bio, Aerospace, Weapons & Energy Lab = Research all to lvl. 10
Build recreational rooms to get to an average happiness of 85 across all crew members. This might be easier when you have less crew members, but its easy anyways.

Cheese for Kard drops

Export save file (PAUSE → EXPORT).
Open save file with any text editor and look up for cardVisitorCooldown to know when the next Cosmic Visitor is showing up (value is in seconds). ⚠ DO NOT EDIT ANY VALUES ⚠.
Wait until the timer is close to 10-20 seconds and export save file again. This is the file you're gonna use to cheese.
Once the timer reaches 0, click the Cosmic Visitor to get Kard drops and then use them to obtain the related achievements. You gotta be fast as the Cosmic Visitor leaves after 1-2 seconds.
Import save file (PAUSE → IMPORT).
Repeat from step 4.

Note: Keep in mind that one Kard-related achievement requires being in a Penance and another requires the Carpentry profession enabled.

Playthrough 1

In this playthrough:

Don't skip any cutscenes!
Find all collectibles. This includes 53 documents and 25 snowglobes. The locations are all covered in the guide.
Fully upgrade all abilities. Abilities are upgraded with Moth Keys. The locations of 69 keys are covered in the guide, and I needed ~57 keys to upgrade everything.
Make a manual save in the Staff Room in the Kitchen in Chapter 2 - where the Shifts note is located. We'll use this save to grind out achievements later.

Playthrough 1B

Reload the second-last autosave (last autosave is the credits) and choose the other choice at the end for "Double-crosser". Remember to not skip cutscenes! "Movie lover" will unlock just after making the other choice for "Double-crosser".

Achievement Cleanup

You can do this part after Playthrough 2, but I just did it now. Grind all the remaining achievements that don't require a new playthrough.

Load up the manual save you created (or an earlier Chapter 2 autosave and play until you free yourself from the freezer).

You should have all five "first time" achivements by now, if not, now's the time to finish them.
Knock out Ashmann and Elisa for "Son of a B*tch!". You need to knock them out, so focus on one reload, then get the other.
Accumulate 50 stabs in total for "Blood bath". Do as many as you can, reload, repeat.
Die 5 times as well for "Certified loser" if you haven't already.

Load up the Chapter 3 autosave (Autosave 7 for me) and win/lose the basketball game for the other achievement.

Playthrough 2

You should have 4 achievements left. Start a NEW GAME and in this playthrough:

Don't save at the mirrors.
Don't die.
Finish in under 5 hours.

This isn't as hard as it sounds. The hardest is probably not dying because the game's enemy AI is a bit of a buggy mess. Though your upgraded character carries across playthroughs so dealing with them is easier (especially Andrea).
If you get cornered, you can ALT+F4 before dying and restart from the latest autosave. The game saves after dying, so you'll need to start a new game if you're too slow.
If you want to savescum, saves are located in: %localappdata%\Remothered2\.

Also, 5 hours is *very* lenient. Since cutscenes can be skipped now, this playthrough will probably only take a little over an hour.

The first step if you intend on cheesing the game is to open the "Mod Manager" on the select-character screen, and find and add these two mods - "dev.Console" and "Mastery Pool Can Overflow"

Once you've done this, go ahead and make a Hardcore Character. This will save time later as it means you only need to do one run of all dungeons, instead of two runs, as the achievements do in fact stack. Now is where things are going to get rather technical and completely break the game - so do not do this unless you are absolutely sure you want to cheese the game.

Skip the "Tutorial Island" using the provided button, then scroll down on the menu on the left until you see the dev.Console button. Click it, and you should get something resembling a browser console that will accept javascript code. There's a number of codes that will make this easier.

As a final note, all achievements in this game will unlock only after reloading the character. Do not be distraught if they do not unlock right away, simply return to the character select screen and load the character again - anything you've met the criteria for should unlock then.

Unlock Infernal Stronghold

After inputting this code, you can go to each skill and click the "Spend Mastery Pool XP" button in the top right. You want to get each item to Level 99. The fastest way to do this is to make sure that you're buying 10 at once by clicking "+10", select the "Hide 99's" checkbox, and then use an autoclicker placed on the first item - this should level up each item in sequence rather quickly. Repeat this for each skill with a mastery and you are done with this section of the Completion Log.

This will add a set of items for you to equip to your character and make yourself a little safer from the random deaths that can happen in late-game areas. The first few items are all to unlock Slayer areas so that you don't have to switch out your equipment too much. The ideal way to do this is to use the Blazing Lantern in your "Passive" slot and everything else in it's appropriate other slot. Make sure to equip the food as well as this can potentially save you a random death.

Dungeons & Monsters

This is the part which will take the most time, as you need to complete all areas, Slayer areas and Dungeons. With this set of equipment , early game areas should be no issue at all - but even at skill cap with this equipment, you are not immune to damage. Keep an eye on your health. For regular areas and Slayer areas, you only need to kill one of each enemy to get it to count in your Completion Log.

If you are struggling on an enemy or want to play it safe, you can use the following codes:

Kill Enemy

game.combat.enemy.hitpoints=0

Heal

game.combat.player.hitpoints=9999

Remember for these that you don't have to type the whole code each time if you have recently posted it - you can "scroll" up to recent commands with the up arrow in the console - and press enter to send it. This can be very useful for the final dungeon.

Travelling Bard

This is the only RNG part of this playthrough. To encounter the Travelling Bard, you need to reroll your Slayer Tasks (Scroll down in the Combat tab) until you get given a task to kill the Travelling Bard. At this point, click the "Jump to Enemy" button, and after killing him once, you'll have him logged.

Final Dungeon

For the final dungeon, You may be confused at first - after dismissing the warning popup, you have to go to the 4 unlocked Slayer Areas and beat them. In the final one you beat, you'll face the boss - but he will run away. You need to repeat these areas 4 more times, and at the end of the 5th run, the boss will die instead of running away - hopefully completing the Monster section of your Completion Log. At this point, you can double-check your Completion Log in case there is anything you missed, but if all is at 100% - you are now done with your hardcore save and should reload your character as described earlier to ensure any achievements pop.

This should leave dying on Hardcore - which you can either do on this character - or create another character and die there - and dying to a plant in Standard mode. Simply create a new standard character and battle the Plant mob in the Farmlands area - until you die. This shouldn't take too long without any equipment. If you are impatient, set your hitpoints to 1 with the following code:

Riding to Bounce City

Upgrades are available during a run by pressing Esc -> store.
Fully buy Bag of Coins, 1 of health and speed and grind to 5000 coins.
Back up the save file player.json at "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Trigon Fan\Riding to Bounce City"

Then use your save file back up to upgrade fully health, speed, Ravine decorations, Future decorations, ice cream road decorations, Beach decorations, Castle decorations, snowy street, Chaos in the Cosmos decorations.

Buy all the characters to unlock all the stages, and reach day 3 on each stage to unlock all the hats. Visit the store for the hat achievements to pop up.

Playing Adventure (Random) mode reduces the time to get all hats.

You will need to do 3 playthroughs: A playthrough consists of all the levels of Act I and Act II (first and second row). Use the Complete Mission cheat to go through all levels in singleplayer, multiplayer, and in zombies mode. Make sure to use the Collect All Loot cheat on every level on either your singleplayer or multiplayer playthrough to avoid having to replay levels.

Single/Multiplayer just means you are one player or 2+ players, you can do all trophies in local play (press P to toggle in lobby), you will need 2 controllers for local coop.

For Zombies mode, you need to change the version on the main menu from Enhanced to Zonaco.

Cheat Codes:

You will only need to use Collect All Loot and Complete Mission for getting the trophies, but God Mode (etc.) will be useful for some of the miscellaneous achievements. F9, Up, F9 - God Mode F9, Right, F9 - Unlimited Ammo F9, Down, F9 - Invisible F9, Up, Up, Up, F9 - Complete Mission F9, Left, F9 - Display Entire Map F9, Right, Right, Right, F9 - Collect All Loot

You can check trophy progress for each level in the level select.
The first one is for single player completion.
The second is for multiplayer completion.
The third is for completing the mission with no deaths.
The fourth is for getting all loot in the mission.
The fifth is for zombies mode completion.

Whacked can be gotten in any PvP map, but can also simply be unlocked in the Act I Epilogue. Must be done online.

For Slippery, you need to do the first level in the game in under 1:10 while collecting all loot. Each coin you miss increases your score by 10 seconds, and using cheats defaults your time to 1 hour, so this must be done legitimately. Go Locksmith and run through all the lasers. Near the end clean out the place from top to bottom since bottom has a side exit. This may take a few tries to learn the route but is very doable.

All other miscellaneous can be easily cheesed with this Workshop map. You will need either 3 players or 3 controllers for Play It Again Sam.

Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk DX

Quick Note:

This game is probably the most difficult Atelier having a time limit that's fairly strict (you must abandon the usual try-to-complete everything/clear areas/overcraft, as well as having missables. For the missables, do the first two treasure contests, then clone/register the cute object for the rest. Also focus on Keith quests whenever possible. Don't need to keep those in mind if you're following the guide however.

Two playthroughs is highly recommended although you cannot switch from normal difficulty and new-game+ to hard. The difficulty achievements do stack but with the DX version, superbosses are required for completion. They require not only near perfect equipment, but also proper approach with strategy and any one unlucky turn can end a 40 minute boss fight. Better to do that on a Normal difficulty playthrough for greater odds.

This game has a lack of resources and the GameFAQs guide is a little outdated, but covers about 70% of the work.

To play a clan match you need to be level 30, join a Clan Ranked Match of 5vs5 and play it until the end.
Depending on your region, this game mode is pretty dead. You will need to find 2 active clans and ask to join their match, create your own clan and find an opponent clan to play against or create 2 clans and play vs each other.
Make sure that both players who create the room are from the same region to be able to find each other.

My personal prefered mode for a 1vs1: Assassination
There are free and paid XP boosters (they stack) available. If you do not want to miss out on any free boosters, get your daily log-in and check if there are any special events going on.

Note: The following things can vary based on changes in-game and on your region.

Free boosters:
- There is a free XP Boost for 150% from Friday-Sunday & for 100% from Monday-Thursday from 3-5PM CEST & 9-11PM CEST (9-11am EST & 1-3PM EST)
- From the season pass and/or daily logins you can get 50/100% boosters
- During events, you can get an additional 200%
- That should give you a maximum of up to 450% XP boost for 4 hours per day over the weekend

Paid:
- Usually there is only a 50% and 100% booster to buy with money
- Sometimes there is a special booster for 300% in the store. You can also buy it multiple times and keep it in your inventory for later
