Blue Screen of Death - Win a round of Machine Uprising on Unfair difficulty
Doable with 2 players, but 3 or 4 makes it even easier. If you die you will respawn, if all players die you loose money (200L) and have to replay the current wave.
Our tactic with 2 players:
- Player 1 uses the revolver until you have enough money to buy the sniper (650L), then upgrade its damage & fire-rate. Go up the ramp to the balcony and use the right tunnel if you need cover. Prioritize anything flying.
- Player 2 uses the milk bottle and upgrades it, for the Boss battle you can use the upgraded Prototype X weapon. (if the milk bottle stops workin go for the Prototype X earlier.)
If needed, buy the repair gun, but the Core should auto heal anyways. For the boss battle just circle around the boss to avoid the laser/rockets and shoot it untill its down.
The true Sniper! - Frag a player using the shotgun that is at least 2500 units away

ZzzZZZzzzAAAP! - Frag 25 players using a Railgun:
Host a game on "Lab" and "allow inventory" in settings so you can have multiple guns equipped. If you are out of ammo with the railgun you can simply switch to the revolver and back to get full ammo again.

Singleplayer vs bots:

Ding! Ding! Ding! - Win the Jackpot!:
Get to lvl 20, go to "play", choose "Hideout", press H and under "4: Electric" you can choose the "Slotmachine". Place it, press H again and play until you win the jackpot. This took me around 30 minutes, but could take a few hours?
How to get to level 20:
To get to lvl 20 play Free for all. I chose "Germany" where you can also do the 50 machinepistol kills. (Again, if you "allow inventory" when creating the server you can just switch between the revolver and MP to get more ammo, otherwise you have to wait for the MP to spawn again.) You should be able to get "Godlike" (its about 5 kills in a short amount of time)and most of the other achievements during the grind too.

Daily Puzzle:
You dont have to do the daily puzzle every day for the streak to count. When you start you can do 7 puzzles, then each day a new one gets added and the oldest one gets removed. So for each new puzzle you have 7 days to solve it.
Bikes:
To unlock the 2 Bikes you will need to use 50 in game credits.
Note 1:
It may be possible to get 100% without buying the "Guns Full Access" DLC and instead buy 1-2 other cheaper DLCs. But since guns are added constantly you would need to unlock those with in game credits. This complicates the process and playtime would increase by hundreds of hours.
Note 2:
The developers may delete everything related to your account unless you've met certain criteria. Full details posted here.
Note 3:
The game shares accounts with the VR version (AppID 1111760) so all unlocked achievements will transfer to that version as well on first launch. Other direction might work too.

Limited achievements can be save-scummed. Save files are stored in: <Steam Installation Directory>\userdata<steamId>\282070\remote. Copy the files storiessavedgames and storiessavedgames.alt
Loading a save after ALT+F4-ing will get you back to the morning of the last day played.

Difficultys do not stack, so you need to finish the game at least 3 times.
Personally i played the game on "Normal" and "Heisenberg" first to be prepared for the speedrun, which i did on the medium difficulty called "Chemist".

Case 2: With "All In-game Rewards Unlocked" DLC

Roadmap:

Step 1 - Complete the game with Leon (scenario A) on assisted or standard difficulty, find all available collectibles (guide below), don't use any healing items, read the letter in the gun shop after leaving the parking garage, use only the EMF Visualizer during Ada's part, and find the treasures after developing the film in the dark room ("Treasure Hunter" achievement).

Step 2 - Complete the game with Claire (scenario A) on hardcore difficulty within 2:30 hours, find the newly available collectibles, and solve Sherry's puzzle within 60 seconds.

Step 3 - Complete the game with Leon (scenario B) on hardcore difficulty within 2 hours, find the newly available collectibles, and don't exceed 14,000 steps.

Step 4 - Complete the game with Claire (scenario B) on assisted difficulty, find the newly available collectibles, don't use the item box and cleanup all remaining achievements except the ones listed in the next step.

Step 5 - Play the extra modes. Complete "The 4th Survivor", find all Mr. Raccoons in "The Ghost Survivors" mode to unlock ""Got 'Em"" and finish the "No Way Out" scenario (no training mode) to unlock "Hell of a Sheriff". The "No Way Out" scenario unlocks after completing all of the other "The Ghost Survivor" missions (can be done in training mode).

Kill the first bazooka enemy and let them kill you until you reach $1700. In these runs kill the 4 kneeling guys for "War Criminal" and "Slaughter".

Use save backup to buy the guns. The save file is found in the registry at HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/GenericUsername/Russian Mailman Simulator

Light Machineguns -> buy M249

reload save

Sniper Rifle -> M107
Sub-Machineguns -> UZI
Assault Rifles -> M4

Nuclear Dawn

Some notes before you start:

"Bad Santa" is only available during the 1st of december (or maybe a bit earlier, i tested at midnight US Pacific Time Zone) until ? (apparently end of january, but not confirmed). Also: "the date which is checked is the date on Steam servers, which cant be adjusted."
Make sure christmas hats are enabled, so in your server.cfg it should say "nd_xmas 2"
To set a clan tag go to "options" and "other". You will need to be in any same steam group to be able to set the same for all.
Running & Sprinting stats only save when you die. So incase of crashes or the round ending, make sure to die once in a while to save your progress and at least once at the end of the round or before you leave. To suicide type "kill" in the console
To enable the console, you can right-click the game and type in "-console" into launch options. Or do it in settings, or both.

"Considering finding 10 people to do this is dodgy at best, I've found you can do this with bots.
Start up your own server, set the bot limit so you get 10 bots on your team, 10 on the other. Select to be a engineer with a medkit and elect to be commander so you can build up to the enemy spawn. Since the other team lacks a commander, you can just go up to areas near the enemy spawn and keep the enemy bots contained with turrets etc. It's important to remember not to destroy the enemy 2 spawn gates or sentry turret.
Once you've secured a safety zone before the enemy spawn, go up to an area before where the enemy turret/spawned soldiers will shoot and drop a med kit. Since you're the commander, you can micromanage your own bots and move them in and out of hot zones. Select all 10 of the bots manually (I believe the default is 0 for ordering them all), and micro them back and forth, between taking fire, and healing them with the medkit. Should pop with a little due diligence! Good luck!"

  Overcompensation - Build 250 turrets, of any type
  Poke in the eye - Build 20 Radar structures
  The More The Merrier - Build 5 spawn gates.
  Industrial Revolution - Build one assembler.
  Full House - Destroy one of each structure
  Property Damage - Inflict 100,000 points of damage on structures.
  Use Candles - Destroy 50 secondary power structures
  Man Versus Machine - Destroy 20 turrets
  
  Both players should build to the middle. Make sure you have enough power and resources, so maybe build more Power Plants/Energy things and sell duplicates that you do not need. To destroy enemy buildings build some turrets around them. For the "one of each" achievements you need to play both sides.

  I Moisturize - Get healed by 200% of your health in a single game without dying.

  Choose Engineer and spawnkill them with the Blowtorch after putting "+attack" in the console to idle the kills.
  
  After that just switch and repeat.
- Wins:
  Veteran Trooper - Win 25 warfare games as an FPS soldier.
  The Smell of Victory In The Morning - Win a warfare game as an FPS soldier.
  Master Commander - Win 10 warfare games as an RTS Commander.
  Leading The Troops - Win a warfare game as an RTS Commander.
  Huffing And Puffing - Destroy 5 bunkers.
  Deathless - Win a Warfare game without dying.
  
  You need to win 25 times as a FPS soldier and 10 times as a commander. For some fast wins pick Engineer, go to the enemy bunker, equip the "Blowtorch" and put in "+attack" in the console to idle doing the damage. Having more people makes it faster.
Solo-able:
Hospital Duty - Heal to a total of at least 10,000 hit points with a single Supply Station.
Craven - Kill yourself by firing at the ground with a siege weapon.
Charging In - Sprint for a total of 20 kilometers.
Running Up - Run a total of 10 kilometers.

"The easiest way to get it, albeit not very honourable, is to play in single player mode as an Exo commander. Unlock siege kits via the Armory. Place a supply station close to a wall. Place yourself in between the wall and the supply station, and then shoot at the wall till you get the achievement."

- About the Sprint/Run achievements:
Stats only update after dying, so always make sure you at least die once at the end of a round.
Put in console: "left" & "forward", toggle sprint and idle until you get the 20km achievement, then stop sprinting for another 10km. 1km will take around 20m.
