Win 500 multiplayer games: Refer to the following guide by muffy on AStats[astats.astats.nl] for manual method:
1. Select Multi Player
2. Remote Multiplayer
3. Players : 2
4. Create Game
5. Number of rounds : 1
6. Your character must be Elvira
7. Add a bot: Any (you can pick any you want by clicking on 'Add player' til you find the character you want to play against)
8. Bot's difficulty: 1
9. Ready (under your character) & Players ready !
10. Map: Thundercleft Keep
11. Once the counter is over use Instinct Special twice (check controls before you create the lobby, I set mine to 'Q')
12. Rematch
  
  Repeat steps 11 & 12
Alternatively, use the following for a scriptable solution.
1. Settings → Graphic Settings → Viewport Size: 640x480 (4:3) → Back.
2. Multi Player → Remote Multiplayer
3. Players : 2 → Create Game
4. Number of rounds : 1
5. Choose 'Elvira' as your character.
6. Add 'Gallows' as a bot → AI Difficulty: 1
7. Ready (under your character) → Players ready !
8. Map: Thundercleft Keep
9. Download and run this script[drive.google.com] (AutoHotkey[www.autohotkey.com] required). Usage: F1 to start, F2 to reload.
  
  500 wins takes ~100 minutes.

Idle:

Multi Player → Local Multiplayer
Number of rounds : 1
Add humans for each character needed. Keep clicking the "Add player..." button until the desired character is chosen.
Any map.
Start the match and after an hour, kill everyone to finish the match and unlock the achievements.
Playtime progress can be checked in Main Menu.

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

Relevant Information:

All DLCs are required.
Playing in co-op will grant achievements for all used characters, shortening the 100% grind a lot.
Mods are incompatible with Repentance (as of the time of writing this).
Focus on completion marks to get most of the unlocks. The following bosses must be defeated with each character:
- Boss Rush[bindingofisaacrebirth.fandom.com] (defeat Mom's Foot within 20 minutes)
- Mom's Heart
- Hush[bindingofisaacrebirth.fandom.com] (defeat Mom's Heart within 30 minutes)

Relevant information

Completion is not required.
Achievements unlock at the end of the match.

Achievement Overview

Titan: Boss shows up in Big Trouble level (Invasion → Leap → Big Trouble). Defeat the boss and then win or lose to trigger the achievement.
Killer: Play any level with many towers and try to capture half, then send units whenever the enemy send theirs.
Overwhelming, Die Hard: Both unlock after completing the first level.
Tactic Master, Destroyer: Keep completing levels until they unlock (not sure if replaying levels count).

Relevant information:

Completion is not required: last achievement unlocks about 80% of the game.
Don't fast forward when playing the cassettes on the gramophone.
Click the lock at the top right corner to finish a puzzle.
When talking about everything, make sure to go through all three tabs: questions, people, and clues.
Chemistry or Alchemy? is highly missable. Make sure to inspect both sides of the chalkboard (math equations and unknown symbols) at the Library and the periodic table and Greek letters on the clipboard at the Greenhouse.
Auto-clicker recommended if you're just going after achievements.

Script require focus.
Game tends to crash often, but the script will automatically relaunch and reconfigure whenever that happens.

Download:
Faster version[drive.google.com] configures match settings only once.
Slower version[drive.google.com] configures match settings on each game (only use this if your match settings aren't being saved).

Pre-requisites:

Play in 640x480 @ windowed mode.

Usage:

F1 to run (start the script from main menu).
F2 to pause.
F3 to reload.
F4 to launch the game.
F5 to close the script.

General Tips:

Before starting, you can set the game difficulty to Very Easy, as it will decrease the AI difficulty drastically.
Winning the Career events it's not a big deal, but doing so it's not really necessary; except for the International achievement, which requires winning a Multi-Class race and the Now I Am the Master, which requires winning the final event.

This should come naturally while completing the Career, but if it doesn't, choose one of the latest Gymkhana event, go to the purple square, and keep spinning in 360 until the timer ends. Try drifting outside it before and then continue inside to get a 2x multiplier.
