I recommend just playing Doodle God Blitz and then importing as described below, otherwise you'll end up having to play the exact same thing twice. If you don't want to, here's a guide for 93%[psnprofiles.com].
In order to get the last achievement (all episodes with no hints), you need to import a completed Doodle God Blitz file. Do this by copying all the files in "\steamapps\common\Doodle God Blitz\temp" and putting them in "\steamapps\common\Doodle God Genesis Secrets\temp". The achievement should unlock when you launch the game.
If you need help, here's a guide for Doodle God Blitz.

Achievement guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=651339959
Most of the achievements not mentioned here can be cheesed using various custom scenarios and/or save scumming. See the guide above for more details.
Additionally, the "Complete 10 Wonders" and "Complete 100 Fortress type buildings" can be completed by simply using the 'place object' feature in the Editor to place 10 Wonders and 100 Fortresses (credit to qohen for this tip.)
Campaign achievements:
There are five campaign-related achievements that are unlocked after completing the final scenario of each of the five campaigns (four base-game campaigns and one DLC campaign.) All previous scenarios can be skipped using the "CHANNEL SURFING" cheat: in-game, press Enter to open the chat box, then type CHANNEL SURFING (case-sensitive) and press Enter to send the message and skip to the next level. Using cheats disables achievements for the current session, so restart the game once you've skipped to the final scenario of the campaign.
The final scenarios of each campaign can be cheesed using a bug in the Editor mode that allows you to instantly spawn units anywhere. Credit to Vhoul for providing a guide and explanation for this bug here.[www.speedrun.com] The method for this bug is as follows:
- In Editor mode, place the desired units anywhere (Objects menu -> Place Object...)
- Select the units and copy them (Ctrl + C)
- Paste the units (Ctrl + V)
- While the units are ready to be pasted, hover your cursor over any existing unit and press the scroll wheel
If done correctly, you can now click anywhere on the game map to instantly spawn the group of units that were copied. This effect extends to the campaign scenarios after exiting the Editor mode. To remove the effect, enter Editor mode, paste the units, and press Esc. Restarting the game will also remove the effect. You can hold Alt to select existing units without pasting additional units. Here is a guide on how to use this bug to complete the necessary scenarios for each campaign achievement:
The "Hour of Alpacas" achievement is event-based. The last event occurred over 8 years ago, so it is unlikely to ever be scheduled again. The achievement can still be unlocked by setting your system clock to the date of a previous event such as February 7th, 2016, then loading into a quick single player match.

One Among the Eager (Play 50 quickmatch games):
"One Among the Eager" is the only achievement that requires another human player. You can boost this achievement by queueing for a quick game at the same time as a partner. One player can forfeit to immediately end the match. Your rank will decrease with each loss and increase with each win, so both players should take turns forfeiting. This will keep your ranks close together to ensure that you can continue to connect through matchmaking.
Script for online matches, game mode play count, and win count achievements (AutoHotkey v1.1 required, credit to lylat for the script template): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Pi2RshpZ2tBEfIDqbr4tzb_AFSSLuxJd/view
To run this script, you must set the screen size to 1024x768 and enable the "Play in Window" option to run the game in windowed mode. The main option for this script requires installing the "Resign AI" workshop mod linked below. Ensure that the mod is installed correctly by creating an online match and replacing the "Open" slot with the "Resign AI" slot, which should be listed between "Open" and "Standard."
Note: If the script does not seem to be working, try applying the "Play in Window" option off and applying it on again.

Full playthroughs are not necessarily needed for each ending, but there are various guides with full dialogue/action choices for all endings that may be useful:

Important note: It seems that using the episode select menu to replay from the beginning of an episode will cause all choices from previous episodes to be randomized. However, replaying from a scene in the middle of an episode will not cause any previous choices to be randomized.
You can potentially use this to your advantage when trying to get different endings. Replay from the beginning of episode 4 and make neutral/arbitrary choices. Check which ending you are closest to getting based on your "randomized" relationship stats at the end of episode 4, and use that to decide which choices to make in the final episode. Alternatively, you can try your luck by replaying directly from the beginning of episode 5.

Aggravated Assault:
The guide above provides a link to a custom map required for the "Aggravated Assault" achievement. Place this map file inside "...<installation_folder>\data\levels\" in order to access the map in-game.
Genocide:
The guide above currently links to an unavailable video for this achievement. Here is a general method to boost the 1,000,000 kills:
- Create a 2+ player match of Rocket Riot with human players only. Rocket Riot is the best option as it is the only mode without a time limit.
- Game settings:
- Crate drop period: 0
- Reinforcement timer: 10
- Reinforcement count: 100
- Max armour: 1
- Turret frequency: 1
- Max gun turrets: 5
- The main account should place and man their turrets near the enemy base(s). After setting the turrets up, the boost accounts should right-click a unit to order it to direct all newly spawned units to walk into the path of the turrets.
- Idle indefinitely to farm kills.
- Win the game to save your kill count progress.
Wrong Game:The demo version of the game (downloadable from the store page) has multiplayer access for a limited selection of maps in the King of the Hill, Capture the Statue, and Rocket Riot game modes. This is particularly useful for boosting "Wrong Game," the only achievement that requires 4 human players. The main account should create and set up a match of King of the Hill on The Holy Tree, which can then be joined by users running the demo version.
