Each level has a secret condiment to grab, complete the level with the condiment to get 1 of 6 possible food combos. Purely RNG which condiment and base food you get at the end of the level. All 6 combos in each normal and hard version of level are required for 100%.

Stikbold! A Dodgeball Adventure

All-star difficulty unlocks after completing story mode once. Play on Casual difficulty to complete level challenges and again on All Star to unlock the other two difficulty achievements.
Complete 'Showdown' level (you don't have to win) on All-star difficulty to get the Final unlockable character.
Local MP has bots, but at least 1 controller required for some achievements.

🏆Survivor
Easiest way is to host a game on Lab and find a room with metal bars. Enter (you may need to crouch (ctrl)) and press 1 to place a barricade at the entrance. Wait for the round to end or kill the zombies.
NOTE: You will not be able to get this achievement if you get assigned to the zombie team.
NOTE: If the achievement is not done first try you will need to host a new game.

🏆Shotgun and 🏆Tank
Buy these two items from the store after accumulating 1000 ZPoints (ZPoints are not deducted after a purchase).

Method 1 - microtransaction:
Purchase 1000 ZPoints from the in-game store for 10 USD.

Method 2 - active gameplay:
You will receive 25 ZPoints at the end of a round if you complete your task, survive as a human or eliminate all humans as a zombie. You can't earn more than 25 ZPoints per round.

Method 3 - idle:
Host a game and go afk.

This is by far the hardest of the three games.

Game-breaking Bug

DON'T TRASH ERASE-99 UNTIL DEFEATING SU-ZAKU. Trashing this item renders the game unwinnable[gamefaqs.gamespot.com].

Tips and Tricks

Recommended party: 4 male mutants.
Save a lot. Reload if you get hit too hard or if any of your characters die (you can afford a few deaths, but don't abuse).
Every time you reload a save, you have 5 steps until the next battle; use this at your advantage.
Heal up at inns whenever possible. Don't waste valuable healing items when close to towns.
Stock up on Potions/XPotions/Elixirs and later, Cure spells (purchasable at Undersea Castle[finalfantasy.fandom.com] and Hidden Town[finalfantasy.fandom.com]) to restore HP during longer/harder dungeons.
Buy several saws[finalfantasy.fandom.com] at Southwest Town[finalfantasy.fandom.com] to one-shot endgame bosses (1-2 per character).

Progression and Location Carryover
Nothing can be carried over from the first HITMAN game.
Progression carryover was never supported and Location/DLC carryover was disabled 26 January 2023.

Note: The Complete The First Season Legacy Pack DLC can be used instead of the GOTY Legacy Pack DLC.

Deadly Duo - Complete The Last Yardbird in Multiplayer.
Double Trouble - Complete The Pen and the Sword in Multiplayer.

Duck Game

One achievement requires online multiplayer, the rest can be done in local multiplayer with 2-4 players.

Arcade

Earn the Platinum Trophy in all challenges (30 challenges in 10 cabinets and 9 Chancy's Challenges). Getting Platinum in the first 8 arcade cabinets should give enough tickets to buy the Basement key from the shop. Open the Arcade Basement with the key to unlock 'Basement Dweller' and get access to the the last 2 cabinets.
After getting Platinum in all challenges, use the tickets to buy the final item in the shop which will give you 'Arcade Master' achievement. Refer to this excellent guide by 'MayorofGaming'

Exp Grind

Level 20/100k XP is the max level/XP in multiplayer and is required to get 'Complete Gamester (1674)' achievement. XP is awarded only after exiting to the lobby or main menu. Although you can play multiple matches continuously and get all the XP in one go, it is recommended to quit to lobby after match, as you'll get some extra XP. Refer to this excellent guide by 'mila_napolitana' for link to XP farming map and instructions on how to set it up. (Guide is in Spanish. Use google translate)

When you get XP, you also receive an egg that you hatch by getting more XP. By the time you have 25k XP you would have hatched at least 8 eggs to get 'That's My Boy' and 'Jukebox Hero'. You would also receive the 'Voodoo Vincent' doll which when placed in your lobby room allows you to easily skip the post match XP, Vincent and gacha screens. Here is the optimized loop I used for XP grind (I played 20 round matches)

Hold F1 and Hold Space for 3 seconds to start the map.
Hold right direction key for all characters except your main character for the duration of the match. Keep holding until the match ends and you see the podium.
Press Start button once.
Press the Start button for all characters once, to skip the post match review.
Press Q to go to lobby.
Press Start button 3 times to skip post match XP, VIncent and gacha screens.
Repeat

4 Player Achievements

Two achievements require 4 players in lobby. Kill 3 ducks at the same time with the Death Ray to get 'Dr.Death' and convert 3 players to your team with the Good Book weapon to get 'Books are Fun'. Use this workshop map, which has weapons available from the start.

Online Achievements

Outgoing: Requires 1 online player. In match settings, set required wins and max round to 5. Win 10 online matches and you'll get the achievement.

Miscellaneous Achievements

Hot Stuff: You can create a map in editor or download one from the workshop for this achievement (The map linked earlier has lava). In match settings create a match with required wins and max rounds set to 100. Kill yourself in the lava repeatedly until you have accrued 15 minutes of time on fire. Achievement unlocks after ending the match. You can check progress in the stats screen.

Draw Breaker: Create a match with required wins set to 5 and max rounds 10. Start the match with two players. Win 5 rounds with one player and 5 rounds with he other. In the tie breaker round win with either player to end the match. Repeat 10 times.
You can create or subscribe to 10 custom maps from workshop and use them while going for Draw breaker, to unlock 'Power User'. Play 10 rounds on custom maps.

Endurance: Create a match with required wins and max rounds set to 50 and play through the entire match.

Flat Top Intervention: Crush 50 ducks with crates or by jumping on top of them while wearing shoes. Can be done easily during Swing Shoes challenge in Arcade.

Never Mined, I won: Use the workshop map linked earlier. Throw a mine and jump or walk on it. Mine won't detonate if you don't move. May take some tries. After you are set, kill the other players to get the achievement.

Rest of the achievements are self explanatory and are unlocked during gameplay.
