Extended Curations :: Achievement Scouts

Grind 9 deaths at the start (before permanent upgrades) since you die quicker for Persistent.
Floors 11 and 12 spawn Blastinel enemies which explode on death. This effect is needed for two achievements:
- Pyromaniac requires killing another enemy with the explosion. You can whittle an enemies' health down first before killing the Blastinel. Unlock this as soon as possible as collecting too many Oneons means everything dies in one hit, making this achievement harder. Delete "oneons.dat" in the game installation folder to reset your Oneons.
- Demolition Man will likely be your last achievement. Items can only be destroyed with Blastinel's explosion. You will need multiple playthroughs, how many comes down to luck.

Missable Achievements

Just a Flicker: Defeat Gebel with any weapon but the Zangetsuto.
Usurper: Defeat Gebel with the Zangetsuto (don't slash the moon when it turns red).

Both missables are in Hall of Termination. Just a Flicker is doable on first visit, but Usurper is only possible in late game.

Tips:

Always take a villager to travel and gather items with you, as they give you bonuses for doing so.
Findind all exotic animals is NOT required.
Completing all villagers requests is NOT required.
DO NOT sell rare and valuable items as you WILL need them later for master upgrades in the workshop. Instead, sell harvestable items, such as wood, stone, fruits, and veggies.
As soon as you build the desk in your house, ALWAYS check your goals before doing anything else in your town.

Although stated that you don't need to complete ALL villagers requests, you do need to complete some to obtain useful items. I've listed them below.

Thanks to RAZOR for providing the guide.

1st Ending
Go to bed (Bed Time!) and interact with the presents in the morning. (Merry Christmas!)

2nd Ending
Eat all the candy canes (Hungry Hippo) and interact with every object: lamp, toilet, guitar strings (Is this 3D Realms?).
Then eat the cookies next to the Christmas Tree (You've been... naughty.) and let Santa catch you.
In the labyrinth, find the Christmas Tree to exit (Not this year!). Its location is random every time. Stick to the walls to avoid dying.

~10-20 mins to 100%, though entirely based on how long the labyrinth takes.

4,096 Jumps
You can use a lot of different levels for this, but a "jump" simply counts as walking off of the starting platform. The level "Lies, Damned Lies, and Helices" has a small starting pad, so you can quickly walk off of it and restart the level every time you jump off. Do this as many times as you need to; it's much more efficient to do so after completing each level with 5 stars.
