Achievement Guide

The first playthrough is basically identical on PSN and on Steam.
NG+ is a little different since Steam requires an older build.

I recommend going for the 9999 marbles achievement on this run. Only buy 1 sword, tunic and ring upgrade from the shop and you should reach 9999 marbles by the end without any grinding.
After getting 9999 marbles, buy everything except the health upgrades.
Once you have 17 hearts, save, buy last the three health upgrades (for the "I'm strong!" achievement), then reload your save. You want to have as many marbles as possible for NG+.
You should finish this playthrough with 53/60 achievements.
Run "FindingTeddy2.exe" to start the game on the old version.
Unlike in the new update, marbles are the ONLY thing that carries over to NG+. No health or equipment upgrades.
Back up your save to a new slot, and start NG+ on difficulty 6.
Start this playthrough with at least 3400 marbles. Buy the sword, tunic and ring upgrades as soon as you can. Buy any health upgrades you can afford. The more the better.
I recommend grabbing as many health upgrades as you can this playthrough, but ignore everything else.
Die "100" times. Count is cumulative across all playthroughs. The counter goes to 100, but it certainly isn't 100 times, it's much less.
*Boing*! - Bounce
Find any enemy that shields attacks from above and stab/bounce on their heads 10 times in a row without touching the ground.
I will not die - Buy a crystal
Crystals can be bought at the store for 80 marbles and revives you when you die. To unlock this achievement, you must buy the crystal AND use it.
Strategy for killgrind, multiplayer xp, and all the miscellaneous kill achievements:
Host a server online, do not use bootcamp in singleplayer or a LAN server.
Server settings:
Map: Cube
Match time: Any length. Longer matchtimes might lag more, so 5 min is recommended.
Score: 000
Bots: 16
Mutator settings:
Fast forward: 350
Spawn protection: 0
Respawn Delay: 0
No Stealth
Speed Shot
Instagib
On my attempts I used around ~50 bots and 5 minute match timers. I got ~1300-1500 kills each time. The strat is to mostly try to move backwards, and out of the cube if possible, while just shooting the entire time. I recommend experimenting with time and bots added. This strat will get you all rank achievements, all frag achievements and all the different miscellaneous kill achievements.
To add bots, once you started a match, click F1, then in example, AddBots 50
Humiliating defeat:
To get this achievement, it's recommended to just lose 10-0 in the final, and 12th contract. Just get killed 10 times without killing him.
KAMIKAZE:
The Rhino is a car available on the maps "Ehrgeiz" and "Twin Peaks".
Recommended to do the 5th contract for this achievement. Bootcamp or a LAN server will not work.
Head into a car, and wait until an enemy AI jumps into a vehicle. Press SPACE to boost, when you're close to the enemy AI, line your car up to drive straight into the enemy, then click E to eject before you crash
Thanks to Offline for his astats guide[astats.astats.nl]
GRAND THEFT AUTO:
You will have to jump into a Rhino that an enemy already drove. The Rhino is a car available on the maps "Ehrgeiz" and "Twin Peaks".
Recommended to do the 5th contract for this achievement. Bootcamp or a LAN server will not work.
This could be a bit luck dependant, but should be easy. Sometimes they will drive the car to your base, so it is easy to jump into, if not try to sneak to the opponents area and jump into it once someone has driven it.
Everything else should come with completing the kill grind, and doing every contract. Contract 1-5 needs to be done in under 5 minutes.

1. Go to "C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Immune" and edit "start_server.bat". Paste in the following:
2. Create a new .txt file in the same directory called "config.txt" and leave it blank.
3. Run start_server.bat by double-clicking the file. A window will then appear and disappear quickly and you should be able to see the server running through Task Manager.
4. Launch Immune via Steam.
5. In the "Custom Server IP" field, enter "127.0.0.1" to join your local server.
6. Hit the "Enter" key to pull up the local chat. Enter "/login 4544" to give yourself admin permissions.
7. Enter "/addxp 9999" as many times as you need to unlock "Reached Rank X." This will skip some ranks and therefore some of the earlier achievements, which is fine.
8. Exit and reconnect to your server, and all achievements should unlock retroactively.
Achievement breakdown is located under the general gameplay tips.
When you first start out, you can earn a lot of money off the bat. Start by locating the gambler with the dice game in the pub. You can bet all your money for a x5 payout. I picked 6, and I started out with 10k on hand.
Try to do as much as you can per day. You can only sleep between 20:00 and 8:59, but the day goes on until you actually sleep. You save by sleeping. During tournaments, you cannot sleep before it is finished.
In duels, your gladiators will not die, but in tournaments, they will die if they lose. Make sure to heal your gladiators using the employee Mediscus.
Gladiators. You should buy the cheap gladiators that cost 200-300, and then make sure you train them a lot. I recommend training vitality. You should also make sure you seriously boost one of your gladiators, and buy him armor/weapons, so he can sweep tournaments. The other gladiators can be auctioned off once trained stronger, or sent to the dungeon to pick up some loot.
Money. You can bet once a day in front of the gladiator stadium. Always pick the lowest payout/the safest fight, and bet as much as you can. Another way to earn money is fishing and selling the items on the market stand (built by the architect). You should also get the ship, and ship as much olive oil as you can per day. I picked 1 day travel time, to an as safe location as possible.
Employees. You should hire most of these. The thief steals valuable items for you, the architect builds for you, the camel guy trades your money (might return a lot more, or a little less). You should give this guy all your money right before you sleep. Mediscus can heal one gladiator a day. Your family also serves as employees, and they work for free. Make sure to put them to work each day, and collect their items.
Miscellaneous stuff to keep track of. Every day it’s recommended to buy a sack of flour, and all the water you can. Try to buy enough medicine and syringes as well. Medicine heals sickness, syringes heal health. When a family member is out of hp, they are permanently dead.
Mercantile: This is earned for buying a gladiator. This can be done in the middle of the town, you can see them located in cages.
Toilet Guard: Get the necessary materials, and build the toilet.
Blacksmith: Hire the Blacksmith as an employee.
Victory: Win a tournament. The tournaments are once per ingame week.
Fisherman: Simply fish and make a catch. The fishing rod is found on your farm on the ground. Once it breaks, you can buy a new one in a back alley shop.
Bettor: In front of the gladiator stadium, you’re able to bet on today's fights. Make a bet, unsure if you have to win for the achievement.
Farmer: Build the barn.
Windmill: Make bread. The same shop that sells the fishing rod also sells flour. Give this to the man in the windmill, and he can produce bread.
Trainer: Upgrade one item on the strength page to the maximum tier. The page is found @ Ludus Commander.
Gambler: In the back alley, there is a pub. There’s a man with a dice game. Gamble with him, and you will get the achievement. Unsure if you have to win or not.
Task King: Send a gladiator to the dungeon. The Dungeons are located on the side of your home. NB: Your Gladiator can die in the dungeon. Don’t send your best one, and put it on easy difficulty.
Glory: This achievement is either for winning 4 tournaments or participating in 4. The tournaments are weekly.
Leaf Man: This achievement is for getting Caesar’s support. There is not a specific requirement I am aware of, but what has been speculated and found working is to be on a good morale. Sometimes after you sleep, you might get asked to give ~10 coins to someone, or donate some bread etc. Always pick to give away. You might also get asked to pick between 300 and 301, and you should pick 300, as picking 301 can be seen as greedy. Not confirmed, but several people speculated that you might have to keep your family alive too. (Buy medicines to cure sickness, and syringes to heal them)
Ship: Upgrade to the ship that houses a 17kg capacity.
Auction: Auction one of the gladiators @ Ludus Commander.
All achievements can be earned in a single playthrough, but you can only face Frenzied Elvira once, so make multiple saves before fighting just in case. Recipes, sidequests, fighting all giant enemies, etc., can all be done after beating the story → there's a "Just Before the Ending" mode after. Landmarks are not needed for anything, but give you upgrade points for abilities.
About 60% of the achievements are story or natural progression. Difficulty has no bearing on rewards or story, but there's one difficulty achievement for beating the final boss on Very Hard or higher.

I Must Be Dreaming! and Ruler of the Dream
"I Must Be Dreaming!" is for doing 99999+ damage in a single move. The video below breaks down the easiest item to do this with, a Twilight Prism. With a subpar build, both are doable without too much crafting, but the more time put into the item, the easier the Frenzied Elvira fight will be. Since the boss fight is two stages, you might actually need a strong endgame build just to survive.
https://youtu.be/WMZjR44Rtcc
Take note, the traits Awakening and Devil's Brand are needed to take the top tier traits to the next level. The gear and bomb do not need to be at the level of traits and stats as in the video; Plachta with 800 MP + most character's gear with All-Stat Power and endgame bombs were enough for the Very Hard achievement.
Combine the walkthrough with the achievement guide; stop when you are in front of the copy machine and use the script.

The overall medal is taken as a point average of your individual level medals (Platinum = 4, Gold = 3 etc) For that reasion aim to get as many platinums as you can in the earlier levels, this will greatly help you by covering if you dip into a silver/bronze in later levels.
Choose your sword wisely, Some suggest the master sword because of its projectile, however I found I kept focusing on trying to be fancy with that rather than focus on my character and as a result I died. In the end using the base katana is what did it for me, your mileage may vary.
