To avoid a second full playthrough, it's recommended that your first run be the speedrun, with less than 5 deaths and without upgrades. It can be easily achieved by doing alt + F4 or savescum from your savegame located at:
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Runic Games\hob\
The final achievement requires accumulating 100000 points. Points are gained by:

Important Things Not Mentioned In The General Achievement Guide
I recommend watching any hitman videos in x2 speed since the characters in game take a while to move around. Just make sure you don't miss the person in the video grabbing an item as that action is almost instantaneous.
The escalations linked in the guide above aren't optimal, so I've listed the easiest one for each location below. Make sure you complete the escalation before mastery level 20 as the escalation gives 5,000 mastery experience upon completion.

During your first playthrough, make sure you get all secrets/cells/map stones in the areas that you cannot return to. These areas include:
A guide for the collectibles can be found here; it also has information regarding miscellaneous combat achievements, etc.:

Advice for some of the combat achievements:
Speedrun, Deathless, and No Abilities Trifecta
This actually isn't too bad, as you still get to use the skills from the Ancestral Trees. Once you learn Bash you can simply go past enemies without taking a hit, make sure to use it often as it is very useful for avoiding danger. Make sure you skip cutscenes as these count towards the in game time. Savescumming is also very easy to do. Also make sure that whenever you save, you keep a backup. On the screen that you choose a save, you can press "C" to copy a save file from one slot to another. When you die on a save, the death counts even if you leave and reenter the save. Delete the save you died on and copy the backup over, this way you can keep your death count at zero. Since this is your second playthrough and you don't need to go hunting for secrets, you will finish well under 3 hours of in game time; you really don't have to worry about being super fast.
While source console can be used for most, if not all functionality of this mod, the mod is much more user friendly and has no risk of sv_cheat detection. Both of the below are needed for the admin menu to work and both have their uses, but I found Admin menu easier to grasp.

In some cases (specifically kicking a special infected pinning you, or loading in a specific map) console can be more handy. This is a comprehensive list of most the commands you'll need

There are a number of options to do this, I found this to work best. However instead of the method the author suggests, I found that loading in the map WITHOUT 'survival' worked better, as the survival loaded in too many mobs and made my game crash. You might not have this issue. I also found that instead of the minigun, which overheats, a combination of infinite ammo, molotovs and the M60 machine gun worked better. Be sure to be in the same place to allow mob spawns, and every so often hit the elevator button to agro them.

I found getting a partner for the Versus achievements made some of them MUCH easier, in one case (Chaos Generator) 2 partners may be needed but with the above mods and console cheese, you can usually make the situation much easier.
This mod will allow you to get 'Strength in Numbers', as well as play VS, Scavenge and other team vs team modes on your own. This is because it makes the games recognise the bots as players and so you won't be kicked for one team having no humans on. This will allow the admin menu to be used in those modes where they couldn't before.

Netherworld encounters
* If you don't get all encounters from zone 1-4, they might be in the netherworld.
* If they aren't in the netherworld, training the nexomon up to lvl 50, and rebirthing it will get you that nexomon's pre-evolutions. You must restart your game to load it into database.

Tips for fast completion:
* Catch as many Nexomon as you can, always
* If you focus on just one Nexomon in your regular playthrough, you can easily run through the game faster
* Rebirth 6 of your best nexomon for Netherworld, as at this time you will have an xp multiplier, which will give all your nexomon xp.
* Rebirthed nexomon are stronger, so I recommend continuing to use em once you return to the overworld.

General Roadmap, apply as much workshop wherever possible: https://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?t=50631
Miscellaneous Notes:
Best Album Ever! - Must be done on beta build 1.5.10, best done in Sludgenest.
Pest Control - Seems to have some tracking issues in current build where it stops counting. Also best done in 1.5.10.
No way! - Must actually successfully complete Charred Scar, not fail it like the guide says.
Not Really Yourself, Lichform - Requirements can be completely bypassed using Adventurer workshop add-ons.
Myths of an Age Past - Comes from the 8 'Demythification of the Gods' lore pieces and the 10 'Mightier than Gods' lore pieces. 7 can be bought in Kroshkurr and the rest have to be found.
Avatar of a Distant Sun Endings:
if you're a Sun Paladin, and you're in an zone that's in orbit, there's a 20% chance to unlock the evolution every turn you're in combat. Or make a Doomelf Paladin. Kill one enemy whilst in orbit.
After unlocking the evolution you'll have it for all future runs. When going for these specific achievements make sure to apply category points where needed to evolve at the start of the run.
This is how the world ends: swallowed in fire, but not in darkness. - Charred Scar failed, Aeryn dead, only possible option.
Last Instant of Sanity - Charred Scar successful, Aeryn alive at the end of the final battle, resist the portal, then bottom option to have Aeryn kill you.
They Came Back For Eyal - Charred Scar successful, Aeryn dead before the end of the final battle, resist the portal, bottom option, then have the Sher'tul kill you.
