Description

Allows characters to respec anywhere in game, not just in towns.

This mod only removes the location requirements of respecing. Other limitations like amount that can be changed remain in effect.

Is this just for the last three skills because it doesn't seem to work on everything.

You need to create a new character to make it work.

Just remove skill points as needed. No special button.
