The new method for this pack is as follows(and bypasses steam workshop):
-Download TurnipsCompleteModpackMP.7z from one of the following links:

-Extract, and follow further instructions within TXT file

These instructions are as follows for ALL PLAYERS:
-Place contents of "mods.7z" folder into C:/users/YOURNAME/Zomboid/mods
-(make sure theres only one "mods" folder, don't let them get nested)
-Entirely unsubscribe from all workshop mods(atleast ones in this pack) OR find a way to create a modded zomboid "instance".
-Or, you may add the following launch option in steam: -nosteam


SERVER SETUP(for host, server owner ONLY):
-Within zomboid, create a server under the host tab.(Or likewise action for dedicated servers)
***Ensure you are hosting a NON-STEAM SERVER!
-Go to C:\Users\YOURNAME\Zomboid\Server and paste these three files in from "ZOMBOIDSERVER.ZIP"
-Rename "servertest" for every file to be the name you created the server with
-Delete the original world and Player data from within the Host tab of zomboid(if it lets you)
-Start the server(Non steam mode)
-You can be joined via the configured IP


It is much to difficult to maintain working status for a modpack when:
-Mods frequently update and break each other constantly
-Mods randomly vanish, get nuked, DMCA'd, or TOS'd(especially dependencies)
-Mods merge
-A mod creator throws a fit and destroys every possible thing that touches their mod(Seriously guys?)

So with this change, it can be:
-Stable
-Remain balanced
-Always work for v41.78.16(So you can play it when v42 comes out until those mods catch up, because most most won't be updated to v42 but some will which will certainly cause a workshop version to break)

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:
DO NOT just enable every single mod. Many mods contain duplicates that conflict with themselves. You can download the server file to use or to check what and what not to enable, and the order of them, because that is also very important and may not work otherwise.

*Always load the RV_Interior mod at the top of the map order, followed by ForagingZ and ensure all the map add ons are atleast above the default map locations. In terms of mod order i've found it matters a lot more now. You can copy the mod load order from the files i've included.

**I would encourage every player to allocate more ram for Zomboid, or even with a high end pc you will have a stuttery mess. This gets even better when you configure "Better FPS" and "Every Texture Optimized". The server runs fine on 6GB.

***CHECK THE MOD PAGE FOR "BETTER CAR PHYSICS", "ZOMBIE FIX", "BETTER FPS", "DYNAMIC BODY SHAPE", AND "EVERY TEXTURE OPTIMIZED". YOU NEED TO DO MORE THEN JUST SUBSCRIBE FOR THEM TO WORK! ALL PLAYERS WILL NEED TO DO THESE, ESPECIALLY BETTER CAR PHYSICS!

****DO NOT use "Snow is water - Full Version" and Snake's Modpacks' "Le Gourmet Revolution"/"Utilities" at the same time. You won't be able to pick up items. Instead, use "Rain Barrels only" snow is water version.

I would recommend you start by enabling the Mod Manger set of mods first. After those are enabled and accepted/reloaded, then you can 'Enable All' other mods with the new UI instead of turning them all on manually(THIS WILL NEED FURTHER CONFIGURATION, IT WILL NOT LOAD WHEN ALL MODS ARE ENABLED)

For multiplayer: turn off ALL anticheat if possible. most specifically at least AntiCheatProtectionType3, AntiCheatProtectionType12, & AntiCheatProtectionType14 (there are many others i missed). You can do this at the bottom in your SERVERNAME.ini file. This will also help with desync slightly. Already done in version provided below.

For settings this pack works best with a tweaked apocalypse mode(saliva only transmission).
Below are dedicated and/or host server settings i run that enable the most balanced experience based on my tweaks(Everything is walking dead logic EXCEPT for the vaccine researching you can do, which you can turn off):

INSTRUCTIONS:
Within zomboid, create a server under the host tab.
Go to (C:\Users\YOURNAME\Zomboid\Server and paste these three files in, rename "servertest" for every file to the name you created it with, and delete the original world and Player data from within the Host tab of zomboid, then you can then start the server, and you can be joined through steam)
