We're building a community of 4X and strategy gamers and developers! We want to highlight the good 4X and strategy games out there, the players that play them and developers that create them. We are most interested in true 4X games, but we'll feature ALL good strategy games that we come across and experience.

Join us on our forums and discuss 4X and strategy games with like-minded fans and even the developers of some recent 4X games like Star Ruler 2, Lord of Rigel, Jon Shafer's At the Gates, Stars in Shadow, Endless Legend/Space, Age of Wonders III, Galactic Civilizations III, Master of Orion: Conquer the Stars and much more!

Hey Sundial - Thank you for that. Oliver spent a lot of time putting it all together. A few more of the staffers were inspired, so expect more StraX podcasts with deep dives like this in 2018.

Have a happy Holiday season and new year.

Strategic podcast was fantastic. The best so far, by far! I don't post often because I prefer waiting until I've got something to say.

Near the end you appologized for the length of the show, but I'm not sure why. You aren't on broadcast and don't have commercials, so there really are no time constraints. So, do it 'til it's done! If you are concerned about listener attention spans, you shouldn't be. Most of us listen using systems that save your place. I listen and if I have to stop I come back later. I think the depth of the conversation warrants the length. If the listener isn't interested in the deep dive they won't listen no matter how short.

Just my opinion. I'd love to know what others think.
