All that happens, though, is that the number it's supposed to display doesn't appear at all. Should probably go on the third tab of the Broken Mods spreadsheet.
I also seem to have a mod that's completely blocking the airport districts from modifying the terrain. Biffa doesn't seem to have this issue in his latest New Tealand video (it's a blink-and-you'll-miss-it bit though) so if I could compare our modlists I could more easily find the problem mod. District Snapping...? Doubt it...
Also, Zoning Adjuster is incompatible with Network Extensions 3 as well, so this should be listed (not sure what causes the incompatibility, or if subscribing to the replacement collection in its stead will break existing saves)
The Mod C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\255710\928128676 [ImprovedPublicTransport2.dll] has caused an error [ModException]

If eveyone could update himself I would wait with that firstly that all MODs are updated. :/
When you add new options to the game/game-play things are going to break as the mods are not compatible with the new DLC.
You can ask yourself why the mods weren't updated during the beta phase.

Anyone know what this means? I used it right after using 81 tiles but it has never happened when I used that mod in the past
I'm getting a similar error, though it's to do with the Content Manager and might not be related to 81 Tiles in my case. In both cases, it seems code is being written outside of Unity's hardcoded maximum array range, but that's just a guess.
According to my searchs, this crash is due to the full RAM. I have 16 Go of RAM at 3200 MHz and I have never had this problem before the update and DLC Airports, even with my old 1060 6Go (I have a 3080ti now).
Do you think is due to the mod 81 tiles?
I'm having the same problem only with the savegame but works fine when I start a new game.
I've always found Skylines to be unstable when it's using all my RAM. That's why I use ClearMem to move data from RAM to the page file. Works very well for me. I recommend it (when it's on sale, which it isn't right now). Alternatively there's a free program called Mem Reduct (Google it) which does the same thing, although not as effectively.
I recommend running it before you run Skylines, then again after loading a city. Clearmem clears about 8GB of RAM for me (I have 16 too) and Mem Reduct clears about 4GB. Hope this helps.
Did you quit Skylines and reload it?
Also, you may need to increase your page file size. A lot of people are doing that because it's using more virtual memory now.
Mods with high subscriber counts get access to beta releases to test their mods so they work when the DLC comes out. The thing is mod makers are just regular people that have jobs, family, and the rest of life. They may not have time to get to updating the mods right away.
I always assume I can't play my cities until about 2 weeks after a DLC release. Some releases I was able to get back to the game with 2 or 3 days. Sometimes it has been longer.
There is no fault to Paradox/Colossal Order or the mod makers. There is risk to any modification to the base game. If you use mods, you should expect delays at DLC launches.
