AN ULTIMATE VANILLA+ COLLECTION (I think)

Given how big my previous two Immortal Empires collections have grown and how tiring keeping track of all the mods and their compatibility between them became (this is just an excuse for me being extra lazy), I decided to instead focus on making a collection that will simply enhance what's already available, instead of adding as much additional content as possible. But don't worry, for that purpose I'm making Immortal Empires: Extended Collection, coming sometime in your lifetime (hopefully).

As I mentioned, the aim here is to enhance the Vanilla game, mainly through bugfixes, logical changes, and general cleaning of CA's mess, so no new races or characters are included; therefore, take this as a big update, akin to CA's official patches (but updated more frequently).
