CA changed something for some reason that makes all mods containing packed files with upper case letters in the name crash at launch.
Looks like you can only swing the economic value score by 15 points via money, at least based on cursory observation.
If that cap can be removed imo that would be the biggest improvement.
1. The penalty when trying to trade the most recently acquired region has been changed from 10 to 1.
2. The penalty when trying to trade a region from a province owned entirely by the AI from 50 to 10.
3. The multiplier used to evaluate the "Economic value" of a region from 0.02 to 0.01.
Note that the first 2 penalties are shown as "Relative faction strength" malus in the trade tooltip.
