Add a slider in the effect tooltip ui, to prevent the UI height from exceeding the screen.

Could you possibly apply this to the diplomacy status UI as well? When enough different negatives and positives get added up, I can't see all of them.

I also wish we had a slider for settlement buildings.

Would absolutely LOVE to have sliders added for:

Buildings (all, but mainly landmark buildings)
Diplomacy (all)
Technologies (all)
