Fixing possible freezes.

Possibly a fix for players with cursor freezes and player movement on load in with the menu. (Let me know if you are still having issues; I haven't been able to replicate it on my test server; so I may have it wrong.)
Fix for players who died while they had the menu open. (Let me know if you are still having issues)
