Dynamic resolution causes the game world to go invisble after loading (Same issue as when mass transit came out)

For me Ploppable RICO and Loading screen mod both appear to be playing up.
Possibly Prop Line Tool as well, but it could be user error on my part.

it should auto-download. If you are in game it will download when you exit (unless you have changed steam download settings)
