Revia now track the number of sacrifices they've done. Can mix and match sacrifice types to achieve the next Soul Reap tier.

Tweaked soul reap to reduce lower-tier damage reduction, and to give pawns with higher tiers of soul reap a value offset (makes more dangerous raids if you have high-tier Revia)

-Hair color generation is now randomised.
-Marauders' Skullshatterers and Templars' High Templars now always spawn with 20 melee, 20 shooting, Tough, and 9 tails. This reflects their high status in the warlike Revian society.
