Best mods

I used to play Skylines quite a bit but I included too many mods and my games got messed up. Then some time after that, my computer decided it didnt want to work anymore, so I ended up buying a new high end gaming system. Anyway, could you fine folks give me some recommendations for "must have" mods? Any help would be appreciated.

Snowflitzer's list helped me. It was responsible for many of the mods I chose to use. Other lists also made it easy for me to find ones I like(d).
