If I enable “auto close game after save”, then the next time I launch the game, the values revert back to the mod values.
However, if I save the game and then manually close it, the issue mentioned earlier does not occur.
Thanks, and I hope there’s no misunderstanding.
By the way, are you experiencing the same issue as I am? Every building resets to the mod values each time I launch the game. I don’t run the game 24/7—I shut down my PC when I sleep—and when I open the game again, all values switch back to the mod defaults.
I can manually change them back to the game defaults, but that means I have to redo it every time I start the game. I need this mod only to increase the cargo car capacity; I don’t want it to modify output car or production rates.
(My English isn’t very good, so I’m not sure if I’m using the right wording.)
This mod is amazing. However, I’ve noticed an issue when selecting the mode (Game Default / Mod Value / Customize) for Unique Factories (and also for forestry, oil, farming, and ore industries).
Every time I reload the map, the setting is forced back to Mod Value (or Customize if the mod value and game default are the same).
For example, I set Unique Factories to Game Default because they work well that way, but every time I reopen the save, it switches back to Mod Value.
There is no error message or pop-up.
