Description




Overview
    This mod allows you change node type and shape

This is renewal version of original Node Controller by kian.zarrin with improved UI/UX.
The new UI allows you to make the perfect intersection with just a few clicks.

Node Controller Renewal supports importing original Node Controller data, but not completely. Some intersections may require manual adjustment.
To start use Node Controller Renewal you should disable original Node Controller and subscribe to Harmony
WARNING: If you import data from original Node Controller and make new save, you will no longer be able to use the original Node Controller on this map.



What’s Included
  • Change node type and shape.
  • Make intersection sloped.
  • Change segment ends offset, shift, rotate, twist, slope and stretch.
  • Alignment of roads with each other.
  • Add Crosswalks and UTurns.
  • Hide crosswalk markings (required Hide Crosswalk mod)
  • Move It integration.
  • Save data in intersection assets.
  • Translation into languages: Chinese, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish



How activate
  1. Press Ctrl+N (You can change binding shortcut in mod settings)
  2. Open Road panel and press button

  3. Use UnifiedUI mod



Support
If you have any problems with mod or errors occur, you should describe your problem as much detailed as possible, comments like “mod does not work” will be ignored.
Also, you should provide the game log, comments about errors without game log will be ignored too. Read here how to share log.

Although, the best way to solve problems is joining to my discord and write to #Support channel, unfortunately, steam comments is very useless for conversation.

Banking (twist) race tracks doesn't seem to "work." They bank fine, but then the race cars don't actually follow the banking, instead end up clipping or flying over the track. It works for regular roads, just not the new race tracks. I'm going to guess the issue is with the tracks/DLC and not this mod, actually, but seeing as this is the only mod that lets me bank roads in the first place, figured I'd shot-in-the-dark it. Any chance I'm wrong and it could be "fixed" in this mod though? ;)

@imM0rtal. It is Network Extensions 2 problem. That mod hasn't been updated in over three years. I recommend you unsubscribe and then you can pick and choose which networks you want from this collection: Network Extensions 2 Roads Replacement Complete List

i found out this mode conflicts with Network Extensions 2 and when i disable Network Extensions 2 i get the error : Object reference not set to an instance of and object (System.NullReferenceException)

@bitsaul. Ok, it looks it was updated March 11, right after the Race Day fiasco. I use several of macsergey's mods including those you mention. Yeah I run the game in a Mac and it comes with its own limitations. But maybe that's why I don't encounter the problems you're having.

@Elarpi It is not something else. This mod conflicts with the authors other mod "network multitool". It is well known, well documented by hundred of players. There is a large ongoing discussion on each of the mods discussion sections which details the exact problems and provides all the evidence and output logs. This has been thoroughly vetted, it's not a matter of troubleshooting. The only problem is getting the author to update those two mods or getting someone else to save the mode. So that is the current plea. I can turn this mod off and play my game just fine. I can turn network multitool off and play my game just fine. It is only when these two mods are active together that the problem occurs, without any other assets or mods whatsoever. Your particular situation of not having this problem could be due to platform, different OS, different launcher or just the fact that you don't use the conflicting mod

I'll Venmo anyone that can fix this mod $100. I'm begging. This game is completely unplayable for me thanks to the update breaking this mod. The one thing I have looked forward to every day for the last 10 years is gone. It's been weeks since I could load any saves, old or new.

I've tried loading my city many times, and this mod is currently conflicting with the Network Anarchy mod and the Network Multitool mod. Please fix it.
