the greenlight is a community on Steam that uses the vote of the people to know if a game is worth puts the sale on Steam
And I have found many good games that promise a linux version, and are asking for help to get into Steam, these games help

Sounds like a wooosh: While I agree on that. Gaming on Linux is still fairly small, and /any/ game added will help expand the library for Linux users, and give visibility.
I do own a lot of Linux titles that I'll likely never play because they're not my style, however, I feel it's important to support gaming on Linux in the initial phase.

I just go to greenlight to vote YES for anything thats support linux(promise to support) and NO for the others. yes, im mad

I'd especially love to see True Combat Elite to be greenlighted, it's an Total Conversion Mod (Modern Close Quarters Combat) for Enemy Territory. It's a little older so many people may've thought the graphics were bad for todays standards, but heck it is one of my all time favorite games.
