So I'll have to bother you here, sorry, I'm gonna make it short.
The "wepselect.lua in DLib" doesn't seems to handle "GM:PlayerSwitchWeapon" hook correctly, so if it returns "true", the code explodes and start to spamming weapon switch request until 2 seconds in real world passes. This is unexpected behavior, it should only trigger once, this spam will cause conflict with other addons. Either "BAHUD" and "4Hud" will trigger this issue.
You can test it by execute commands below and switch to HL2 pistol:
