Hello. Greetings. Bonjour! What's up? I am wondering why you are reading this. I am wondering if you are curious or if you are bored or what. I am honestly hoping someone DOES read this though yaknow? Imagine if I wrote all this and NO ONE read it. How lonely would that make me? lol.

Also on my mind that there'll come a time when I'm forgotten about? A time when the 'steam profiles from the 2000s era' servers are shut down, a time when all my youtube videos are deactivated, a time when my website goes down, a time when all the relatives and friends who know me are dead from old age, and a time when I am forgotten..!!

And then I think about how.. there have been 100 billion humans that have ever lived?? And, how many of those are even remembered? Does it matter? Do I matter? Will I ever matter?? I matter right now... but in the grand scheme of things will the small amount of help that I give the human race matter really all that much? Interesting stressing things.

Feasibly I could invest my time to really TRULY help the human race as MUCH as possible. But I am not that smart. I am not that efficient either. I honestly feel like a big idiot a lot of the time. And I'm tired 90% of of the time..

Also I feel like whichever sort of goal/project of 'helping humanity' that I try to achieve is going to not be realistic..? And I bet that before this goal is even met I'm going to get like, permanently disabled by some injury or disease, and my ability to achieve this goal is drastically reduced even further. It's like I need to set my goals small...? But if my goal is to be remembered for a while after I die.. how big should this goal be?

There's also the weird brain chemicals feelings too of: when I'm feeling 'a strong emotion' it feels like none of this 'will I be remembered?' stress even matters at all. When I'm feeling loved by friends and family, when I'm feeling amazingly excited, when I'm feeling love for someone in particular, when I'm feeling like my creative plans worked out well, when I'm feeling frisky even :^), when I'm feeling tired... etc... It's almost like these feelings free me from the 'feeling of inadequacies', like a defense mechanism. Maybe that's what I need more of, emotions. Maybe I'm bored? Maybe it's this pandemic... (Maybe I'm lonely..)

I am working on these sorts of feelings though! I am not depressed, not sad, and not giving up yet, but it is on my mind a LOT. Also it seems like no one really talks about this. Maybe no one cares? It's weird if no one cared though imo... Can I help all the people who care?

Oh! I do have some tips though for you, for your health, Profile-Scroller-person:
1- Sleep 7+ hours a night. Sometimes it's hard but it's necessary.
2- Eat enough calories based on your weight and height https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html If you aren't eating enough calories you will feel 'mentally tired all the time'.
3- Drink enough water with your food so that you can digest easier. If you feel like you get tired after meals then your stomach is churning too hard on not enough meals per day.
4- Caffeine can help to maintain focus, but is not a source of energy.
5- Make sure your stomach is not too acidic. If it's too acidic you can feel tired from a 'mental strain'.
6- Make sure you are eating enough healthy carbs. Not just protein and fibre and sugar. Carbs give energy bursts for 1-2 hours after eating them.

Sometimes I get annoyed by people who are mean or who are narcissistic or psychopathic, but that's fairly rare.. But for the most part I do care a lot about people. I care also about homeless people and hungry people. A lot of hunger out there...
