Mods for vanilla
What mods are there that would be for the SAFEST vanilla experience, but still adding and fixing quality of life changes/bugs/etc ?

What do you mean by safe? Safe for your squad? That would make a boring game XD You can already just avoid all the hassle by being passive and just keeping to yourself.

Safe as in it keeps the game vanilla while still making new additions, aka lore friendly i spose

Well, most mods are lore friendly. You can't list them all here because there are too many. You would need to decide yourself where to draw the line. I would myself disregard all the Star Wars and other game related mods. But would I draw the line to a new race that was made for Kenshi? Maybe not.
