(basically all matching vanilla dummies have to be researched for thieving/fighting; highest smith benches for smithing; research grade 5 for stats)

alternatively: check the barkeeper in the hub/lone shack. He can help you for moderate fee.

-training speed is normal, so it might take a lot of days in game to actually reach skill level 70; (to 50 it's a few days)


-Submods for different skill-lvl-caps. They influence the training speed aswell (use one or none):
