Patch from @Theo: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198880672682 to remove Yunomi as I won't be rewriting her anytime soon and Compat. Issues that I won't be able to get to: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/3498940254

A relatively low-key mod that adds in a multitude of Unique followers who will each have their own unique set of dialogue and dialogue package.

The mod also aims to achieve to give each unique follower its own dialogue package or otherwise improve them if one already exists.

The mod includes a variety of basic followers which will allow you to diversify your squads' skillsets, appearances, in-game lore, and your own cute little head canons.

Now includes a new POI with a (mostly) unaffiliated mercenary faction as well as raids and a quest attached to certain followers.

Unique Followers include: Grimm, Yunomi, Mikael, L' Cie, Okuro, Katharciss, Optic, Orphis, Palach, Pepssim, Opsmit, Gnume, Ordis, Eldritch, Potpourri, Kazakh, Tyran, Delend, Arien, Tortuga, Elizabeth, Irdat, Slezkh, Josef, Yiannas, Mesilla, Bhujerba, and Kastor.

Please note that Unique Followers will "Fast Join" your squad, meaning you will not be able to edit them without taking them to a plastic surgeon. This is intended. I did this to showcase the unique followers as presented, make the game feel more as if you are simply another person wandering Kenshi's roads, and additionally resolve in-game bugs around certain races in the Character Editor. Several races have been set as playable by this mod in order to mitigate these bugs. I apologise in advance if this affects your experience with new games. Keep in mind this doesn't resolve all bugs with the character editor, so it is highly recommended to avoid bringing normally non-playable races to the Plastic Surgeon.

Basic Followers include: Thieves for Hire, Wayfaring Monks, Disgraced Ninja, Out of Luck Shop Keepers, Bored Citzens, Bored Farmers, Bored Shop Guards, Beggars, Disillusioned Slavers, Embezzlers, Heretics, Escaped Slaves, Ex-Caravan Guards, Ex-Cops, Exiles, Failed Samurai Recruits; Mercenary Captains, Heavies, and Soldiers; Reformed Bandits, Ronin, Tribal Shek Warriors,Broken Thralls, Curious Hive Princes, Weaponsmiths, Armoursmiths, Fletchers, Tinfist Wannabes, various monks from both Palach's and Orphis' respective monk orders, and both Veteran and Washed Up Holy Nation Soldiers.

To-Do list and active changelog moved to discussions.

Hullo - so I've gone to Bast to look for Albanh but he doesn't seem to be here, or maybe he's inside this storm house? But the entrance is bugged and I can't go inside. Any pointers?

So i was able to recruit Slezkh even though he was bugged. I think it was thanks to the "Recruit Prisoners" mod. After we beat him when he tried killing me when the contract ended, I picked him up and brought him back to my base in Mongrel. I had a steel cage ready there and just put him in it and spoke to him. He said his original dialogue and I told him hes mine now.

He should not remove. If you dont like, feel free to not interact with her or mod her out. But he should not remove.
Its not even that explicit. Like Mitsurugi said, there are ton of other things that are just as "edgy", immoral, bad that people are ok with. If you go by that logic you should remove the skin peelers, the holy nation, and a bunch of other stuff.

Now, as i said, if you dont like, dont interact or mod her out or dont use this mod. Now get the f out of her and stop complaining.

It IS edgy. There is a reason sexual assault, despite being obviously rampant, isn't mentioned in game. Everyone instinctively understands what it means when a woman is enslaved via the holy nation. It is explicitly not explicit because it's JUST edgy. You should remove it, not because it's offensive, but because there's no reason to have it. Why even suggest that the player would try to take advantage of a young girl? So you can smugly punish the player and inflict your righteous fury? The idea that the guards would care is even more silly. Does the world you're building have morals or not?

Finally found Yunomi in the game. I REALLY don't see the issue some people were having now that I have organically experienced her dialog. She want's to be an adventurere or, at the very least, a hired sword. If you, the player, tried to be weird she calls you out and stops talking too you. That writing isn't edgy, and it's nothing to be shamed of.

Again, I in no way condone underage sex and or/prostitution. But there is none of that in this mod. This mod is great, and I hope the author keeps on course if they decide to continue work on it.

I second Mitsurgi. I like Yunomi's spunky attitude and dialogue. There's nothing NSFW in Kenshi unless the player mods it in there, no need to get rid of Yunomi. Just change or delete that piece of dialogue if it bothers certain people.

That is a cool touch. With or without the alarm tho, I like the idea that you lock yourself out of a follower if you act like a creep. Doesn't seem like anything you should be ashamed of.

I honestly don't see why the one person didn't just make her 18+, or remove that line rather than removing her completely. Male or female, I tend to want to help characters in need. Be they disgraced faction members, wandering slaves/escaped slaved, or just starving bandits. Even if she was 60, I like the idea of helping her escape and have a better life. Even if it's just hanging out at my crappy base and eating free food.

@Xavounets: Post the link here, or in the suggestions discussion and I'll add it to the description for easy access for whoever should you post it to workshop. Similarly, throw a discussion up if you'd like any help with anything that sounds/seems off. I worked with the fellow on the Russian translation directly, but found it a bit awkward to use Steam messages.

@Mitsurugi: YMMV.

You're on the money for the "depth" of the interaction i.e. barely there. I'm unsure if it even fired correctly, but it was also supposed to be punitive for being a creep in that a crime alarm was supposed to fire and you were to be assigned a bounty by the local faction. Quoting myself, "I simply thought it was an edgy way to provide the player some agency in being the bad guy."
