Prepare to step into the shoes of The Combine – aka the bad guys from HL2 – in an exceptionally well crafted completely free game in the HL2 universe. The story, humor, characters, level design, voice acting, and gameplay are all executed with great skill, making it a well-made and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the game introduces new original weapons, enemies, vehicles, and game mechanics, which add some freshness to the familiar Half-Life universe.

It also cleverly ties into the existing HL2 story and includes references to the Portal series, adding to the fun. If you're at all a fan of the Half-Life universe, this game is a must-play.

The main story offers a decent length of 5-7 hours to complete, providing a satisfying gaming experience without being overly long. You don't need to play the first Entropy: Zero to play this one.
