this took 1 hour to try and make the paradox launcher upload this thing. It took less than 10 minutes to actually update the mod.
Yes I am extremely displeased with the paradox launcher team still, its been literally 2 years and the launcher still has basic functionality broken!

- Removed edict to disable vanilla weapons
- Fixed edict to enable vanilla weapons (this only works globally for all countries, the AI will never pick it. Once taken the action cannot be undone.)
- the disable vanilla weapons tech is no longer reverse engineer-able this fixes a bug where some sometimes a country would get the tech from the wreckage of pirates and if the AI came across it may potentially crash the game.

- Actually fixed the crashing problem now. In a way that doesn't unlock the vanilla weapons.

- Fixed a crashing issue caused by something in the vanilla weapon engineering technology file.
- You can now use the missile corvette section when you have the 1st concussion missiles, I think that means you can use it immediately.
