Star Falls - no, direct conflict as with any other ship-adding mods.
Multiple Crisis - probably yes (there are a lot of mods with this name).
It's incompatible because Star Falls adds new shipSETS, not ship classes. Granted, it is possible to make a patch to make it work with SR, but like any other shipset mod, they would also have to adapt to the other changes this mod makes.
Does this mod give new ship types to them?
Zenith of Fallen Empries adds several new shipsets for fallen empires so I was wondering if your mod would require a compatibility patch for ot or any similar mods.
