I'm really pleasantly surprised at how great this game is. Take classic Road Rash styling, mix in a little rogue-like ruthlessness, sprinkle with more modern graphics, and you have the makings of what could be the next Road Rash style franchise. It needs a little polish, and I'm not a huge fan of how firearms work (I'd prefer an auto-aim system tied more closely to the melee controls, as opposed to the GTA style of drive 'n shoot) but overall my complaints are fairly minor. it's certainly not simply Road Rash 2018, but could be a worthy successor. If you're a little hesitant, wait for a sale, but if you're a fan of that series or even just looking for a high-octane time-killer this is well worth your time.
