PATATAS BRAVAS
Ingredientes
Para 4 personas
Patata de buen tamaño

Cebolla media
Pimentón dulce media cucharada sopera
Pimentón picante una cucharada sopera
Harina de trigo dos cucharadas
Caldo de pollo
500 ml
Aceite de oliva virgen extra para freír las patatas
Perejil fresco para decorar

Para hacer la salsa, comenzamos picando la cebolla muy fina y pochándola en una sartén amplia con 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva. Dejamos que la cebolla se vaya haciendo a fuego muy lento y antes de que tome color, añadimos el pimentón dulce y el pimentón picante, mezclando bien con la cuchara.
