Military SNPCs Revamp!

The classic military SNPCs is getting a revamp! It includes couple of new features, bunch of changes, and massive amounts of optimizations! Expect at 5x more performance, which will allow for much larger battles! Also all of the previously announced tank AI changes and effects have all been applied to the Military SNPCs! Enjoy!

why are vj base npcs on death duplicate and the duplicate npc takes no damage stands still and is t posing while the real corpse functions like a corpse
