[WOTC] Zelfana's Assorted Fixes Config

Full Change List
Localization (English only)
  • Changed LostLoudNoiseMessage to not mention explosions, simply saying loud noise instead.
  • Changed all basic PCS to be called "PCS: Basic Speed" etc. instead of just "PCS: Speed".
  • Reverted Corpse Drops Revamped coloring hack reward names.
  • Most other localization changes from this mod have been moved to EvilBob's Dejanker.

Vanilla config
  • Added TemplarBladestorm to PowerfulAbilities (costs 25 AP). The original config had Bladestorm in it, they probably meant TemplarBladestorm.
  • Added Quickdraw, FanFire, Reaper and Solace to AbilitiesGhostCantHave to prevent Templar Ghost from getting them.
  • Added more items to DEBUG_StartingItems and techs to DEBUG_StartingTechs that are given when you start a debug strategy game.
  • Low Profile SITREP won't have the Chosen or Rulers in the mission just like Surgical.
  • Added more grapple and teleport type abilities to ignore Overwatch. Vanilla config only had some of them.
  • Feedback damage from Templars' Feedback Resistance Order now ignores armor and is Psi damage type.
  • Skirmisher Battlelord action limit removed.
  • Added more basic weapon shots to ValidHeadshotAbilities.
  • Added psioffense to BuildItemMiscCategories to fix Cut Content Psionics items not showing up.
  • Added bandaid config for ItemCategories and BuildItemArmorCategories to fix Armour Upgrades causing build items menu to break.
  • Modified vanilla enemy stats to make more sense for Rookie/Veteran difficulties.
  • Added BlazingPinions to Fortress DamageImmunities.
  • Stasis and Sustain now remove damage over time effects as well as frost/chill/bitterfrost.
  • Added more damage types in MedikitHealEffectTypes and DamagedTeleport_DmgNotAllowed.
  • Added more abilities in IgnoreAbilitiesForOverdrive array (for DLC_3Overdrive). Jedi, Samurai and Shadow Ops configs also get these same exclusions.
  • Added more abilities to SPARK Sacrifice exclusions. Jedi and Stormrider configs also get these same exclusions.
  • Added some DLC weapons and many weapons from mods to EquipmentExcludedFromStatBoosts which fixes some incorrect stat displays in the Armory.
  • Added more abilities to Ruler reaction exclusions.
  • Removed ModClassOverrides done by Allies Unknown Redux Species: Vipers because they are literally illegal and break things horribly and are also completely unnecessary.
  • Added many Gremlin cosmetic units to CharactersExcludedFromEvacZoneCounts config which is used by Custom Soldiers Evac Zone Fix and other mods to exclude specific character types from evac zone counts.

Community Highlander config
  • Smoke and Gas Grenades ignore cover, smoke only works while you're staying in it.
  • Will loss fixed on multipart missions. Each part has its own cap without this which causes higher than normal Will loss.
  • Poison and bleeding DoTs now ignore shields.
  • Unit flag damage preview will now show minimum damage. Enhanced AoE Preview will also show minimum damage.
  • Enabled option to display popups for all acquired traits after missions instead of it showing a popup for only one of them.

Template Master config
  • Gave Refraction Field a Black Market value.
  • Proper equip sounds for a couple things.
  • Removed duplicate Vault icon from Icarus Armor if you have Passive Icons Core Collection Edition.
  • Purchasing Beam Grenade Launcher schematic now hides the Advanced Grenade Launcher schematic just like how other schematics work.
  • Item tiers standardized a bit, has its own file.
  • Removed special equip/unequip functions from Ruler armors as they would mess with unrelated cosmetics as well.
  • Corrected WeaponTech for some modded weapons.
  • Included config that replicates R.A.G.E. Armor Tech Fix, you can remove that mod.
  • Removed MedikitStabilize from more medikits if you have Chimera Squad Style Stabilize as is intended by that mod.
  • Enabled LeavesExplosiveRemains for SPARK Ruler drops.
  • Enabled bAlwaysRecovered for Resident Evil 3 Nemesis Ruler corpse (not the "normal" enemy corpses, just the Ruler).
