Vanilla config
* Added many Gremlin cosmetic units to CharactersExcludedFromEvacZoneCounts config which is used by Custom Soldiers Evac Zone Fix and other mods to exclude specific character types from evac zone counts

Ability To Slot Reassignment
* Removed ScrapMetal_LW and ScrapMetalTrigger_LW from the config, while they do require a sawed-off in your secondary weapon slot they are actually supposed to be bound to a different slot
* Added some new melee abilities from Mitzruti's Perk Pack

* Added Proficiency Classes Plugin: Psi Operatives classes to ADVWARLOCK_WITCHKILLER_REQUIRE_SOLDIER_CLASSES

Allies Unknown Redux Species: Vipers
* Removed ModClassOverrides done by this mod as they are literally illegal and break things horribly and are also completely unnecessary

* Added bandaid config fix for ItemCategories and BuildItemArmorCategories to fix Armour Upgrades causing build items menu to break
* Added MZConsumeMomentum to RulerActionExclusions_AbilityNames
* Added mostly bind abilities to IgnoreAbilitiesForOverdrive, copied the same for Jedi and Samurai configs
* Added Stabilized Shots from Better Attachments/Barracks to ValidHeadshotAbilities

Community Highlander
* Removed CHDLCRunOrder config for WOTC_NoStatBoostFromCovertActions, use Covert Slot Reward Restrictor instead
* Enabled bShowAllTraitAcquiredPopups as requested by BlackDog

Assorted Fixes
* Enabled FixDuplicateActionPointCosts - merges duplicate action point costs on all abilities
* Enabled FixInterruptActions - fixes being able to use abilities that grant extra actions while taking an interrupt turn
* Enabled FixWeaponUpgradeExclusions - fixes weapon upgrades being excluded only one way
* Enabled FixHolyWarriorEvac - fixes Holy Warrior effects not getting removed if the source unit evacs

* Added config that replicates R.A.G.E. Armor Tech Fix, you can remove that mod

* Enabled bAlwaysRecovered for Nemesis Ruler corpse

* Added abilities from this mod to many of the relevant configs

* Moved A Better Barracks knife perks to generic melee category
* Disabled config for Mechatronic Warfare's Overclock as it is apparently used by classes without a GREMLIN/BIT

Removed WSR config that was adding PistolReturnFire to primary weapons because Firaxis jank makes units use primary weapon for ReturnFire even if it would be bound to different slot otherwise, thanks Styrium for spotting that one.

More Ability To Slot Reassignment config, proper Long War of the Chosen support.

Localization
* Changed error code for being concealed to simply say "Unit is concealed." instead of "Unit is already concealed." because this error code is also used for abilities that won't conceal the user

Vanilla config
* Added RulerActionExclusions_AbilityNames and RulerActionExclusions_XComEffects configs to fix Rulers reacting to passive abilities activating alongside movement

Assorted Fixes
* Changed TriggerSuperpositionPrime hostility to eHostility_Movement
* Removed ThrowAxe and Shadowfall from EmptyChargesHideAbilities

Ability To Slot Reassignment
* Adjustments to rocket stuff, ordnance launcher is now fully a rocket launcher and all rocket type abilities are allowed for all rocket launchers
* Added all melee weapons to StormriderWeapons and allowed CoveringFire for them
* Added support for Warden Class and Knox's Proficiency Port of it
* Added support for Warrior Of The Light
