Removed removal of forced Whiplash coloring in Cost-Based Ability Colors config as it is now removed from the mod's own config.

* included commented out list of overwatch shot abilities that can be used instead of Overwatch Lost Headshots

* Samurai Class

Colored "Experimental Heavy Support Item" from Honey's Heavy Support Items in Localization because it is doing janky stuff that makes Color Your Techs not work on it.

Loads of abilities for IgnoreAbilitiesForOverdrive config, thanks to RustyDios for the heads up about this config array.

Proper support for FireInTheHole in Ability to Slot Reassignment, should also work with DRLs (if you have the Scatter mod).

Assorted Fixes:
* Squadsight fix now has a config list for GuardianAbilities, added some modded abilities to be fixed
* BrokenFreeActionAbilities entries removed, FixFreeActions now fixes all of those kinds of abilities automatically

Localization changes:
* Added localization for DarkEventAbility_ReturnFire

Reorganized Ability To Slot Reassignment config:
* Added support for Rocket Launchers, Ordnance Launchers, Ballistic Shields, Ripjacks, Shard Gauntlets, SMGs
* Added abilities from more mods
* Removed part of the default ATSR config that shouldn't be required
* Long Watch support for Artillery Cannons that are actually spark_rifles

Cost Based Ability Colors:
* Added support for Shadow Ops Fastball
* Colored LongWatch with the default turn-ending 2 AP color

Color Your Techs:
* Added support for Rising Tides: The Program

Template Master:
* Removed manual WIO cost fixes, there is now a new mod to handle those kinds of problems automatically

Vanilla config:
* Added Radiation and ChaosAnomaly to MedikitHealEffectTypes
* Added HarrierGrenadeFuse to FuseAbilities (don't actually know if this matters)
* Added a couple more things to STASIS_REMOVE_EFFECTS_TARGET, removed RequiemCorrosion from it as it is actually meant to bypass Sustain/Stasis
* Added more DoT damage types to DamagedTeleport_DmgNotAllowed

Vanilla localization:
* Removed text mentioning Serial lowering critical chance, it does not do that at all

Community Highlander:
* 45 degree camera rotation config commented out as it possibly causes the blacksreen/whitescreen bug
* Added more smoke grenades to GrenadesRequiringUnitsOnTargetedTiles

Template Master:
* Corrected WeaponTechs for weapons in Celatid Alien, ADVENT Sniper, ADVENT Duelist
* Too many more mods to list in equipment tier fixes

Ability To Slot Reassignment:
* SPARK Arsenal's Ordnance Launcher support for Bombard

Grey Smoke Grenade:
* More smoke grenades from mods

ADVENT Warlock:
* Big list of psionic classes that can be hurt with things that hurt psionics

Color Your Techs:
* Support for a lot of mods added, should be very rare to see uncolored techs now

Zelfana's Assorted Fixes:
* Skulljack hiding commented out, Core Collection Meta Mod includes a way to hide it when it's not relevant
* New feature enabled: FixDeadEffects

Assorted Fixes
* EleriumPoisoning immunity added alongside Bleeding immunity
* Bleeding and EleriumPoisoning added to both GhostInit and ZombieInitialization
* More Spectre types handled in immunity config

Other mods
* Stats on New Promotion Screen added to equip PCS screen.

* Some commented out suggestions related to Radiation (RadBurning/RadBleeding) and EleriumPoisoning
