The Modular Encounters Collection is a collection of mods that adds new Cargo Ships, Exploration Encounters, and Pirate Drones to your game. The mods in this collection are designed to be compatible with one another, letting you mix and match the encounters you want to see in your game.

While the mods in this collection will typically work with each other, they may not work properly if they are combined with other Cargo Ship / Exploration mods from outside this collection.

If a mod in the collection is not compatible with any of the other mods in the collection, a message will be posted on the mod page to alert players.

There's something like that in the works with the ARMCO modding community. A few of the other modders there have been working on modded parts for Rebel and Empire ships, and once everything has some good balance, we'll be setting them up and a PvE encounters mod.

One of the things that sort of put a damper on the project is a bug introduced in the last major update that affects custom turrets. The audio/visual doesn't appear for clients in multiplayer. This means some of the custom weapons folks have been working on won't work properly. It'd be highly appreciated to get a few extra votes on the bug report to boost its visibility :)
