Description

"It didn't take long for Reach to fall. Our enemy was ruthless. Efficient. But they weren't nearly fast enough.

"For you had already passed the torch. And because of you, we found Halo, unlocked its secrets, shattered our enemy's resolve. Our victory - your victory - was so close... I wish you could have lived to see it.

"But you belong to Reach. Your body, your armor - all burned and turned to glass. Everything... except your courage. That, you gave to us. And with it, we can rebuild."

@initium
They should already be available as options for T3 armors

This looks fantastic. Thank you for the port.
I really want to add these as the T3 armor, but I'm thick as a brick when it comes to coding. What would I need to do to swap the vanilla armor variant for this one?
Please help defend us from the Firaxis shiny cod piece =)

Just wanted to say that this is the mod that Beaglerush used to customize his tier 2 troopers in his current playthrough

I wish you the best of luck then! Thanks for all the mods you've done.

It might happen, I've just got a good bit on my plate currently so it'd take a while.

Would you consider adding variants of the ODST helmet without the white stripes and/or with a balaclava? The lack of stripes for a more classic look and the balaclava to make it look sealed.

Well if you do decide to update the mod to allow it I'm sure others would greatly appreciate it. Either way, the areas that would need tweaking would be the backs of the chest pieces, some of the neck linings and the ODST arm covers.

Regardless, thank you for the high quality mod.

@NickSheperd
It is possible but not something I currently intend to do. The original intention when making the mod was to keep tinting close to the way it was done in Halo Reach, hence why certain things are not recolorable.

Is it possible to make so the entire armor changes with the color scheme? There are certain parts, such as the back and the neck lining of some of the chest pieces that maintain the urban green color while everything else changes color.

Let me know if you'd like a screenshot of what I mean.

@Redcoat
They're already present in the mod
