Neaville Assault

Description
June, 1944. Allied Forces continue their push from the Normandy beaches into occupied France. You are a part of that push through the dangerous hedgerows of occupied territory.

If you are unfamiliar with my missions....then you have been missing out!! No seriously...if you are not familiar with my missions, my focus is on long term, persistent campaigns using the ALiVE mod framework. For more information on how ALiVE works and how to play visit www.alivemod.com.

***This mission will NOT appear in single player scenarios. It will appear in the multiplayer menu under the Neaville map to play.

Features include:
-16 player COOP setup (You can easily expand this by editing the pbo to whatever player count you'd like)
-VCOM AI built into the mission itself (NO NEED TO USE AN AI MOD WHEN USING THIS MISSION)
-Persistence enabled
-Headless Client support enabled
-Zeus Game Master enabled
-A Full map persistent campaign with dynamic reinforcements, objectives, etc.
-Ambient WW2 era radio broadcasts, etc.
-Virtual Arsenal, Troop spawner, Loadout Manager
-Full Logistics support and Operational support including directing AI friendly troop movement, supplies, etc.
-Dynamic Weather
-Other cool stuff

*NOTE* All of my missions are built with my own clan in mind and catered to. That being said, we use ACE Advanced medical in our missions, which is what this mission is set to. If you don't like Advanced Medical, ACE, task force radio or VCOM AI...you are more than welcome to download the pbo, open it in your editor, and adjust to your liking. I will not be removing any of these if requested. THIS ALSO MEANS YOU CAN SWITCH TO SINGLE PLAYER SAVE WITH THE LASTEST ALIVE UPDATE IF DESIRED. I will not make that change myself, but feel free to edit to your liking.

**INTEL TABLET: When accessing the Intel Tablet....Intel will identify which targets are to be attacked (red circles) or defended (blue circles). Also...unit marking will identify all enemy units that have been spotted to help give you an idea of Nazi strength in those areas. The Operations option allows the player to give specific commands to all friendly forces and apply new waypoints. For more information on how these work..go to www.alivemod.com/wiki .

Whats the point of this? how do we do missions/win? the website for ALIVE isn't very helpful for beginners

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the case. I tested it with the mod turned on and it played fine :-)

@Richmuel I might have had it active when I edited, which could have added a dependency. I’ll check it out tonight.

For some reason it can't load say deleted.csa38.data - which I think refers to this mod?

MISSION UPDATE: Fixed a few bugs, adjusted some items due to many updates to both Faces of War and IFA3 over last several months, added some new toys. Enjoy.

seconding the problem with the camera stuck above the town when launching the mission

Is this scenario still being supported by the creator? Also, enyone experienced an issue when launching it where after the intro text the camera get stuck above the town and nothing happens?
