Oh PlanetSide..... My favorite game to hate... Only because im terrible at it. This game has seen many changes and time. For its age - its still one of the top massive battle field type games. with thousands of people on the same server instead of the other titles only including 50-100.

Because of the size of the battles and the maps - its not the best looking game. however the mechanics and gameplay are absolutly solid for what it is.

This game is free... what are you waiting for? Give it a try! I installed it on a potato taped to a toaster and runs at max settings.

Though I may be upset with one of this studio's other games... However, Space Engineer's is a masterpiece of a sandbox space building/exploration game. None other even comes close. I have lost too many hours in this and often find myself saying "Just another few minutes and Ill go to bed" - I look at the clock in what feels like a few minutes and its been a few hours. Never have I played a game where the literal passage of time is unfelt and unknown. Playing this game with friends is probably the best experience out of any sandbox game. Out of all my friends I have yet to find one who thinks any different about this game than I. I highly recommend to everyone and anyone.

This game will teach you spatial and situational awareness like none other. I can easily see myself spending another 840hours into this game.

I bought this game way back when it was released on steam and is honostly one of my favorite builders - if there where more to do and stable multiplayer. I hosted a server for months and made a community... Convinced my friends to buy it, we all had a grand time but cut it short. The server software was unreliable and after many attempts to keep it going - including making my own mods... Just wasnt enough. The unreliability made us close our server for a while. I promised my community we would bring back the server and many are still waiting. However with this game now being abandonware I must break my promise much like Keen has broken theirs. At the time of development and from the this Company at the time I would have most whole heartedly told people to buy this game and I have. Now I cannot recommend to anyone. Nor could I recommend buying any other title in "Beta/Alpha" from this company as it may not be actually what you think your going to get.

I guess for 10$ its prolly not all that bad of a game.... When I bought it - it was 20$ with plans to raise it as it got more content.... Sooo yeah.

So far at 24 hours played, I'd like to thumbs up this game. I bought it expecting bugs and game breaking glitches - I've encountered only minor clipping. With that being said I just save frequently.

This game offers a lot to do and will keep you busy for hours. Be prepared to google tutorials and videos as there is definitely much to learn - the game offers basic tutorials and even has an ingame wiki but I find other sources more helpful.

The graphics are great. Combat is great. Trading is great and the universe is large with tons of stations and places to defend or expand - the vast majority of them you can land on and explore on foot. Even most of the large ships have docking pads.

9/10 A true successor to X3

To newcomers, Definitely be patient as there is a very steep learning curve. If something is not working - your probably doing it wrong. Have the google machine ready.

The best WW2 simulator out there. Potential to be even more - active devs and active community. Communication is a huge thing in this game and is what really makes it. So far the other reviews are accurate - this is the simulator we've all been waiting for... more accomplished by this little studio than others such as EA with their Battlefield.

This game will test your friendship and coordination with your friends and comrades.

Best old school MMORPG out there, Ive only rescently started this title and im loving every moment of it. Every profession you can think of, more items to craft than any other MMORPG, best trade system of any. Took me a moment to get into it because of the way the game was made... the first 30 levels is basically a tutorial, the real game opens up at that point. If you want to experience this game the best way possible and your just starting off - read some tutorials and heed to only doing green quests.

Story 4/10 (Being a Korean MMORPG, the story is a bit... out there to say the least. But who plays an MMORPG for the story?)

There's some things I wish where different but all in all I really cant complain - this IS the MMORPG i've been waiting for.

Simply said, Best resource manager game out there. I highly recommend to everyone.

A great successor to the DungeonKeeper franchise... These guys have done great work with this game and they know where its at. If you want a quality dungeon RTS game with endless charm and wit - this game is for you.

New map has made me want to put my two cents in. I dont know what the devs where thinking on releasing such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of a map. No imagination to it and hardly any balance. This game would be perfect if they removed firebombs/mortar aswell as horses. ridiculous with horses being able to run through 20 dudes without slowing down. IDC who you are - if your on a horse and you hit a 200+ pound dude and if he has armor.... your horse is going to get slowed down or even stagger or you may even fall off. but not here. You have people going around like its a racetrack just running people over. I love this game, I really do. However with the immersive breaking firebombs, speedway horsecars and now..... mortars.... I cant recommend the game because I would not recommend to my friends in the current state it is at. (really wouldnt take much effort at all even by a small team to fix this game and make it THE best.) and devs if your reading this. stick to two things. REALISM and Making it further away from chivalry. (chivalry is absolutly terrible. spin=noskill=win)

Not bad but just lacking on anything to make it worth the money, especially the DLC. The game itself is great but sadly paradox went with their "Lets bill mill everyone with overpriced DLC's". Its the typical route that money grabbing company goes for. the game with all the DLC's would be quite awesome - but each one does not add enough to justify its price on its own.

P.S. Thank you Paradox for destroying this title.
