The game title is a misnomer. They should really call it Train Troubleshooter Simulator, since the main challenge is figuring out what controls on the train are misconfigured at the start of the scenario. They did a lazy port of Sandpatch Grade from the last game--search the forums for "Fully Fueled" and you'll see what I mean. I'm pretty sure Dovetail Games has never hired a QA person in the history of their company.

Yet I kind of love this game. Once you get through the misleading tutorials / hazing phase, you'll realized you've learned a lot about trains. I mean, you'll need to read the actual, real life train manuals to figure out how to proceed in the game:

But it's worth it. After all that effort you'll have the prestige of being able to call yourself a railfan.
