DESCRIPTION
The mod adds SuperSoldier classes (with complete RPGO integration options) in the game along with their iconic perks and equipment. The concepts are:
  • SPARTAN-II (Halo)
    Pros: Durable. Very strong battlefield presence.
    Cons: Not very efficient for a stealthy approach. Limited self-healing capability.
  • Nanosuit Operative (Crysis)
    Pros: Extremely versatile. Does not wear-out in the battlefield.
    Cons: Energy-dependent.
  • Ghost Operative (Starcraft)
    Pros: Superior cloaking. Very high single-shot damage and assassination potential. Psionics.
    Cons: Risky if not used properly. Cloak dependent. Slow fire-rate.
  • Ninja (Ninja Gaiden)
    Pros: Superior mobility and concealment. High damage and assassination potential. Psionics.
    Cons: Risky if not used properly. Dodge and concealment dependent. Mainly melee.
  • Cyborg (Metal Gear/Ghost in the Shell)
    Pros: Durable. Versatile. Fully augmented.
    Cons: Energy dependent with limited energy pool.
  • N7 Operative (Mass Effect)
    Pros: Many specializations to choose from, each one excels at a specific role with enough tools to deal damage and survive in the battlefield.
    Cons: Choosing one specialization will discard the rest of them.

The main goal is to keep the classes lore-friendly to their source. Balance is a "secondary" factor. That means that the classes are strong and each one offers a unique playstyle with different pros and cons.

This version requires RPGO. A non-RPGO version can be found here.

NOTE: The mod does not add appearances for the soldiers, only the gameplay features. If you want the appearances, check the recommended mods in Mod Suggestions or Q&A discussions.

*NOTE: The mod also adds some nation/flag customization options related to the available classes.

ACCESSIBILITY
By default, all classes are disabled. You can enable the ones you want manually or by downloading their "activation mods" here, in order to set their NumInDeck=1 and NumInForcedDeck=1.

If you want them as fully integrated RPGO specializations, subscribe to the "RPG Overhaul: SuperSoldiers Specialization Pack" here.
NOTE: You don't need the activation mods if you use this.

Check the Mod Suggestions if you want to use other mods to better handle their availability.

If you encounter any bugs, point them out in the Bug Reports discussion in order to fix them.
Don't report bugs in the general discussion, they will be ignored.

NOTE: Any changes/tweaks you make to the ini files will reset each time the mod is updated. It is advised to keep a backup if you edit them.

This mod is a pain to find in the mod list as it is called WOTCHeroPerks there. Only way I worked it out was through trial and error. I wish creators who have the name in the mod list different from the Workshop name make a note of it so people can find it easier.

To follow up on my previous post, I have a soldier with the prerequisite trait and class but am unable to see or find the armor associated with the class.

@DonYohKu In the Popular Discussions section on this page, there is a link to a discussion named, "Usage with RPGO". Within that thread you will find instructions on how to make sure the traits for each class show up on level up. It worked for me.

I remember using this mod some months ago and being able to pick the soldier classes (say, Spartan) without having to pick the soldier origin/trait. Now not only it forces me to, but when i see my soldier trait layout I have it repeated (Spartan II program appears twice). What could this be?

So with a soldier using the N7 vanguard. I am required to equip a biotic amp correct? But I am also unable to use the "slash" ability because no omni blade or "sword" equipped even though slash is on my bar and in my skill tree. If you use slash the soldier just runs up to the enemy and does nothing. If I dont use the biotic amp I can slash but only with a melee weapon equipped...am i missing something here or is the vanguard not intended to be able to melee and using biotic abilties at once? if remove the biotic amp do I go back to the kinetic barrier?

in the rpgo version of this mod. I'm not getting any of the unique trait to show up on level up? Has anyone had this experience?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong with this series of mods, I have this one and all the extra super soldier mods from the same creator and none of it work, I get a soldier who rolls spartan training program, or one that rolls they are a ninja, then on the class list there is ANOTHER trait they need before they can select the class options in RPGO.

What gives? Why are there missing gateway traits for these classes?

@yujins could you tell me how you got it working? I'm testing it out rn and the solider, outside of the cyborg, come equipped with stage one armor, but their second stage doesn't appear in the upgrade menu after building predator armor.
