March 10, 2018 Update

Fixed Advanced Camp Theater Selection Behaviour
  • They should now properly go to the theater where there are enemies.
  • When a faction's advance camp is defeated, they retreat back to their home theater first, before selecting the next theater.
  • Advance camps will not move to the next theater until all enemies in that theater, including enemy advance camps, are defeated.

Weapon Type Commands + Shield Order Commands
  • You can now order your troops to use a specific type of weapon during combat (Polearms, Two-Handers, Ranged, Side-Arms)
  • You can cycle through them by pressing O
  • You can now also order your troops with shields to use their shields or put them away.
  • You can cycle shield orders by pressing P.

Refactor how Berserker Trait works
  • Berserker trait no longer gives instant heal with key H.
  • It now gives HP regen per melee kill, modified by STR

Heroes & Villains of Middle-Earth
  • The Heroes & Villains of Middle-Earth (Lords/Ladies) are now harder to defeat (by AI troops) in combat.
  • They are Heroes & Villains for a reason. They shouldn't be downed by an errant arrow from an Orc / Gondor Levy.

Scenes
  • New Beorn's House Scene + Siege Scene
  • New Woodsmen Village Scene

Assets / Others
  • New Dwarf Armour Variants
  • Added Normal + Specular Maps to Orc, Uruks, and Mordor troop assets + Used WB shaders. All that black should look better now.
  • Added Faction Intros (thanks to jtlannister)


Fixes
  • Fixes to some formations issues (flanking behaviour)
  • Fixed some inconsistencies with Dwarf troop inventory
  • Fixed some bow stats
  • Fixed spawn issue in Troll Cave
  • If player chooese to start the war later, then make sure siege requirements go with that
  • Make sure war does not start earlier / later than specified.
  • Fixed Minas Morgul gatehouse collision mesh
  • Small changes to how the AI Leader / Lord behaves in combat
  • Replaced the odd sized cyprus bark texture

  • Fixed some issues with some armours (Rohan Amour, Rivendell Armour thanks to Leonion)
  • Fix Backup Weapon Script for Lancers. Need to test if they switch too often
  • Add Troop Label Option & Toggle. Enable this via TLD Mod Options

  • noldorin horse archers tier 6 now, replacing Lorien royal marksmen

  • Streched Rohan reward sword's blade
  • Fixed inconsistency with black numenorean armours
  • Add inventory chests to landmark / region scenes

Sea Battle Quest (level 15+)
  • Gondor & Dale
  • Umbar & Rhun

Wildcraft Skill (Beta - may need some tweaking)
  • The ability to survive in the wilderness and bend it to your will. This skill affects the party's ability to hide from the enemy, and the party's speed while in wooded terrain. (Party skill)
  • Each point increases the amount of troops that can hide from the enemy (up to 50)
  • Each point increases party speed in forest terrain

Gundabad Troop Tree Overhaul:
  • New Warg Rider branch
  • Foot Archer branch incorporated into low-tier infantry
  • new hard-hitting berserker unit
  • high-tier troops use heavy orc javelin
  • melee warg riders use spears

New Moria High-Level Troops:
  • Deep-Dweller of Mora
  • Orc Chieftain of Moria

Mordor Troop Adjustments:
  • Mordor Orcs VS Morgul Orcs
  • Mordor Uruks VS Uruk Slayers, Black Numenoreans
  • Made Uruk Voulge longer

Party Template Rebalance:
  • Small Elven Parties are now slightly weaker
  • Moria & Gundabad lords have 25% bigger parties

AI Changes (Campaign & Battlefield):
  • Add Horse Archer AI Horse Archery Limit
  • Test: Do not let lords patrol unless they have a host. Should prevent things like Imrahil / Theoden crazy charges
  • Siege Win/Lose now has usual rewards/penalties like normal battles
  • Changes to Prisoner Pruning trigger in hopes of reducing rescued prisoners and the Gondor Snowball Effect

Presentations & Menus:
  • Add New TLD Options Presentation
  • Add new pop-up menu when a faction gets sieged/is sieging and tie it to rank (player has to be of X rank with besieger/besieged).
  • Add Camera Preference Menu Option
  • Added Extra Text to Party That Looted the Player
  • Change some background images for some reports

Quick Fix to Critical Issue (Destroy Scout Camp Quest)

Fix an issue with Destroy Scout Camp Quest, where if the player level is greater than 21, the party that will be spawned is whatever was stored in reg0.

Save Compatible.
