I hope you'll be able to fix it and thanks for this awesome mod! :-)
(BUG). I am unfamiliar with reporting bugs so please forgive me if this is the wrong place for this. I noticed that after the patch released on April 27th army leaders no longer recruit any units. They either walk around the map literally by themselves or with 4 default units (e.g., 4 banner carriers for Mordor and Isengard, Camel riders for Harad). Further, ALL (yes literally all, including enemy factions) settlements have no unit reserves and therefore recruiting units becomes impossible.
Just a questions, I started a new game and changed the option to start the war after 40 days. It's currently day 43 and the war hasn't started yet. Is there anything I can do to activate it?
The other issue (bandits reappearing after the quest has been failed) will be fixed in one of the next patches.
2 Thanks, Linhir siege is fixed in the nightly patch. If you encounter this anywhere else, please report. (Since you wrote "sometimes")
