If you come across any bugs, please create a new topic in the discussion section, and provide as much detail as possible.
You should be able to manually reset your difficulty multipliers. Go to TLD options, set campaign difficulty to some value and then back to your original value.

(BUG). I am unfamiliar with reporting bugs so please forgive me if this is the wrong place for this. I noticed that after the patch released on April 27th army leaders no longer recruit any units. They either walk around the map literally by themselves or with 4 default units (e.g., 4 banner carriers for Mordor and Isengard, Camel riders for Harad). Further, ALL (yes literally all, including enemy factions) settlements have no unit reserves and therefore recruiting units becomes impossible.
Just a questions, I started a new game and changed the option to start the war after 40 days. It's currently day 43 and the war hasn't started yet. Is there anything I can do to activate it?
