changed turrets to generate with max ingredients for the search and in the inventory actual turrets should still reflect ingredients

fixed for good the glitching tooltips, it wasnt because all seeds were 1 at init, it was because seed 1 was generating 4 random turrets and the generator code was moved to init, so the previous psudorandomness wasnt able to generate the same turret every time it was called from renderui

Actually fixed the glitching tooltips, it was because seed was always 1 at inital show
