Soviet Army
New Commander Unit: Red Banner Guards (Replaces Guards Rifle Infantry Call-In)
Commander Ability/Unlock Modified: Increased cost and cooldown of Fear Propaganda Artillery. Lasts longer, but no longer causes units to retreat.
- Increased costs for soviet base structures.
- Reduced mosin nagant accuracy for Conscript Squad.
- Fixed spelling error in APCR Rounds ability.
- Fixed KV-85 prioritize vehicle ability.

- Heavy Fortification Ballistic Missile Bunker will no longer appear in Sturmpioneer menu unless requirements are fullfilled.
- Reduced manpower and fuel cost and command points requirement for Jagdtiger.

- Chemical Warfare basic gas will no longer slow down infantry. Instead, infantry in basic gas will receive a weapon accuracy and cooldown penalty.

DISCLAIMER: I am aware that some commanders are still broken, this update has been launched early due to it being delayed far longer than it should have been. We will get to them eventually!

Commander Ability/Unlock Improved: Bazooka Tank Hunter Package. (Replaces Conscript Commander PTRS Package)

Commander Reworks Update Series (Part 1)
"Commander, resources have been directed to assist in providing Commanders their own specialized units and equipment to aid them in their field of specialties! Elite Special Forces teams and high-value vehicles and weaponry have been made available for use in the battlefield! Existing assets have also been drastically improved!"

The first update in the new Commander Reworks Update series is now out! Commander abilities and units are now being either replaced or improved every few per update!
