Before installing my collection please make sure to have a CLEAN Skyrim install.
This modpack is the result of a longtime player that keeps returning to skyrim and editing the game each time increasing the realism.
I won't include ENB as it would be up to you which one to choose, however for low end users, this modpack is 100% runnable as many mods optimize the game even more, and with imaginator you can get tremendous results by lowering the sky/sunlight and increasing saturation and contrast.
Some mods need all DLC's, also be advised you won't get the full experience without the Nexus Mods.
INSTALL THE MODS WITH MOD ORGANIZER 2 AND ORDER THEM WITH LOOT.
I run this modpack myself and it's stable, crash free and performance friendly.

Install Tutorial:
1. After Fresh installing Skyrim and SKSE start skyrim to the main menu and quit
2. Subscribe to all.
3. Start SKSE and let Skyrim in the main launcher to fetch the mods from the workshop
4. Once done close the Skyrim launcher without playing.
5. Install Mod Organizer 2 and LOOT
6. Add Loot to Mod Organizer 2
7. Install all the nexus mods one by one in order as displayed below (patience)
8. Start Loot and let him order all the plugins, once done close it.
9. Enjoy start Skyrim trough SKSE from Mod Organizer 2, never trough steam.

If you don't own any DLC avoid the mods that require them, most of the time they come with an alternate version that include a non dlc version but you will have to check all 111 mods by yourself.
