Yes.
Install Mod Organizer 2, then download LOOT and add it to Mod Organizer. ( Any video on YT will do)
Download each mod from Nexus with Mod Organizer 2, yes i know a lot of patience required.
Once done start LOOT which will order them automatically for you, and then SKSE from Mod Organizer as well.

So to do this pack right, the names below nexus are the ones that need to manually be installed? First time modding skyrim, mostly mod arma 3 and rimworld. This load order thing is tricky to me

Mod Organizer 2 is for all Bethesda games, he deleted his comment of course, however calling my mod list garbage only because you can't wire your brain correctly and do a quick research on google while 14,063 can do it makes you even more retarded. I think what he's trying to frikking say is mod organizer 2 is for special edition. You won't even find it on nexus until you search under SE.

Dlc's are required as it clearly says the description. Buy them or remove the mods who need Dlc's, most of them have a version without dlc

You have to check all mods by yourself, it will take a while but will work
