95% percent traffic flow with-out traffic master

Point state park is back, with a whole new height map import, overlay. All the major highways are ran so you can change the connecting roads if you feel the need the map is playable 9, 25 or 81 tiles. ( I had to use all new map, the first pittsburgh map was my first map and when I went to fix the errors pointed out in Bonbonb video seen here ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ThcyhVVTqq8 ) I had seen to much damage to the height map
and I changed it so this is a whole new map.
